Hey Milani (Or Cooper) as someone with no money for any martial arts or parkour classes, people like you are a blessing! Me and my cousin have been getting into martial arts and parkour the last year (Learning on our own) and of course I know safety vaults and all the basics, but those LITTLE details like shooting your leg when doing a safety vault and the little pounce before a 2 handed vault are crucial and I had no idea about them. Thank you for these tutorials 🙏🏼 I find you very easy to learn from and understand thank you

Dude, this is extraordinarily well done. I wish I would have had your videos BEFORE I smashed my arms. That said, I think I may try these basics again to start to get back in shape! Thank you!

Great breakdown. I used to do a lot of Parkour and Free Running, and you explain things so well! I hope you continue to make more videos like this one.

The safety vault is me since 35. I used to be able to just throw myself over stuff, but now, at 40, I've let myself go so horribly.

@@milanifitnessofficial and that is really important, this kind of basics explained clearly and in depth is a great resource for beginners (cuz beginnings are usually very confusing)

@@misadate8688 I've taught many people who aren't as nimble as me so I understand how to assist people who really struggle with the execution of those type of athletic movements. Feel free to send me vids if you end up training the movements, I love to show off my students on my socials!

What type of shoes do you recommend?

I will be making a video review on why I recommend them so much but I recommend OffAxis athletics shoes, they are brilliant for the type of fitness activities I do. Not to mention great prices and sales!
