Good work Darren. Great to see you got the bike running and it sounds sweet too. I still think you’ve got something funky going on with the petrol tap. It’s vacuum operated and shouldn’t flow at all off the bike. A quick Google search and these taps are notorious for not flowing enough fuel resulting in fuel starvation
Nice to hear up and running did sound as if it was on 3 cylinders cutting onto 4 maybe just needs carbs fettled sync mixture on pilot air screws etc. Would get a tap rebuild kit for that leaking diaphram fixed asap in the event of a sticking float needle will fill engine with fuel not good pal. There is a small drain hole in water pump which is a preventative measure if pump shaft seals are leaking to stop coolant getting into engine oil Sometimes they sort themselves out if pump has been dry for some time after running a few heat cycles if that's where coolant leak is coming from on pump? I suspect mixtures on all four carbs need setting up when you have it water tight and plenty of fuel in. Paint scheme, not sure on that one, if they were themed bikes it may be worth more staying as that theme but not sure on that. Any spare magnolia left over. Lol. Stay well.

If the others bike needs a rebuild I’d be inclined to build a race bike with uprated cams and stuff
