What's up my beautiful people!? Happy new year!!! For the first time during my 7+ year run journey I'm officially training for a half marathon! After running Rotterdam marathon last year I got curious to see how fast I could run a half if I really trained for it. Excited and nervous for this one. Anyone else training for a half this year? Let's get it, let's go!

The form is smooth.
I fuel myself with steel cut oats every single day. Chia seed. Hemp seed, flax seed, some apples or bananas or mangos as a base fruit and berries or raisins for additional sweetness. Cinnamon always and turmeric black pepper and ginger powder occasionally.

Hi HellahGood. I have a question (maybe your coach will see this in chat): For your workout as prescribed by your coach, is that a fartlek or is it an interval session? I thought fartlek was "speed play" and typically is spontaneous speed "play" and is distinctly unstructured. Thanks for any clarification.

Why are you running on the car road, when there is a side walk?
@@jblizzard962 the uneven surface isn’t good for the speed I was running and the streets are very wide in this area
@HellahGood good and try to stay save. A track nearby would be ideal for you.
Do you get any nipple chafing? If so, how do you deal with it? I see from most of your fit checks short videos that you don't seem to wear a bandage.
