Whether if this was a reupload or was not released before he passed, I think it’s great that the channel keeps putting out videos so he can live on and new people to fitness can find him and learn like the rest of us did.
One of the positives of technology is that John Meadows gets to live on via the internet. This was not possible before. In the old days, songs were written in your honor and passed down generation to generation, then books were invented and books were written about you. Now we get all of his content straight from him as if he were still here. Rest in Peace mountaindog.
This is the first video of John's that I've watched since his passing. I can't say why I stopped. Maybe because I knew I'd feel sadness if I saw/heard him. The sadness is there for sure. You will be missed, John.
Thanks for the videos of John, his memory lives on through them.

So much BS in one video. Check out Doug Brignole. All of these triceps exercises are inferior. You only need one exercise. The cable pull down where the line of force starts perpendicularly with the forearm in the start position. Keep missing out on gains
