One other thing to note is when doing 1 Day months, often the price peaks during the overnight or at a specific time, so it can be hard to time the exact price. You get more granularity doing 2+ days per month
Very informative, thank you. I will store some goods but if it’s perishable or part of production I sell right away. Not a lot of business can afford to sit on products they must sell.
And remember folks, if you are trying to make money with eggs, dont let farmer cop near your chickens. They will "resist" and "throw" themselves infront of his tractor. At least thats how the report will read😅
Wouldn't it be better to sell at Gold Crest $1,147 in Red, but Johnson's Farmers Market was at $956? Even if the price is in Red and it's a higher price, it's still paying more right or am i wrong?
Yea the red just indicates the price is decreasing. I did not sell it there because it requires you to rent the train and load it on the train to sell (more money and work hence the higher selling price there)
Just a heads up there is a mod that will force the game to give the best prices all year round if you want that "classic" feel. Also there is a "time saver stock check" that will help you not only find the best sell price, but also where... the only catch is its only crops thats in storage.
I have a quick question I started a start from scratch mode and I'm looking at putting down productions with another farm can I still use those productions with my farm or do I need to own them?
Long straight logs is where the money is at. The curvy, wonky ones are just plain crap that you will barely get any money for. It's best to chip those.

To use them you would have to own them
Is selling wood in it's log form better then chips??
From my experience of you are doing long logs carry them. If they are short chip them and sell them. Again that it's my experience
