One suggestion: when you buy a production like the grain mill we should be able to buy crops from other farmers and then turn around and sell the production for profit.
I played the game on Gamescom. The game looks and feels way better then FS22. Both base game maps are gorgeous (I was never a fan of base game maps). I love the new crops and the machines for those crops. Things I don’t like are the basic animal pens with square pastures and the absence of decent farms. And another thing i don’t understand is why is there no crop rotation, germination, moisture, bale rotting etc after all the FS games Giants made? I get that they add non farming stuff to sell more games, they are a business and want to make money, but why not add some more simulator stuff for those that like it more complicated/difficult? People that like those stuff are also paying customers. Again, the game looks awesome and I’m looking forward to start playing on it but things like crop rotation would be the cherry on top.
I love the variety in sizes of the fields I just really hope they are all sold individually. That was one of my pet peeves from FS2's original map, the fields being grouped together when buying them.
The river looks pretty and the ferry is cool, but on a small map the footprint of the river is consuming a considerable portion of what could have been farmable land - not to mention how much of a pain it is to traverse - I doubt A.I. helpers will be able to use the ferry...
Features wise I would like to see the game more Americanized. By that I mean corn stalk baling, anhydrous ammonia, side dressing, strip tilling, corn drying base game, more cover crops, gravity wagons, renting fields, more base game vintage equipment, more American equipment and techniques in general, customizable fences for animal pens, seed tenders, more direct drill planters and seeders, tighter roads, overflow on trailers, smaller equipment, bushels and pounds, ditches, washouts, field tiles, field maintenance, vehicles break down if you don’t maintain them, more dynamic dirt and dust on tractors, better physics, visual crop yields where if the yield is bad the crop is shorter and patchy in places, yields can depend on how much rain you get, make it so the yield is diminished if you farm to late at night or early in the morning for certain crops like soybeans cause it’s too tough, you can get stuck if you are in the field when raining or at least slow you way down, CRP ground, frozen ground makes it harder to work, more randomized market for selling goods, I know it’s too late to implement these but I feel like most of these wouldn’t be very hard to incorporate into the game.
@@thatdairyfarmer2847 I'm a farmer and drive a g series valtra for one. Guess we don't have this type of soil here in Iceland. There's tire tracks, but not like that, looks like what driving in snow would look like.
Yes it looks like it is sinking 4-6 inches in the ground which is too deep. It would have been nice if they could vary it by tire size, weight of equipment, and if it has rained recently. It definitely doesn't look that way in real life.
It also shouldn't rut in the farm yards like it does the most it would leave it tire marks, unless it rained over than an inch and even then shouldn't sink that much
11:45, is flower a new crop or isnt it? i cant hear what you are sayin lol, even tried to slow it down, sounded like u hade a few to many cocktails hahah. Cant deside wich map im gonna start on :O Wonder what happens if u exceed the weight limit on the ferry. I like that they made the jumping harder so u have to go threw the gates. More realistic!
Very nice commentary. I wonder if there will be alternative things to just do on this map like watch a football game on that football field. Maybe go fishing. I guess there isn't any drones being used in this one for pesticides. Maybe a rodeo and or a stock show to attend. How about a State Fair where one might try to enter to win a prize for the biggest pumpkin or best pig etc. In winter one ought to stock up on firewood so it would give the incentive to do a little logging and or sell firewood. Just my thoughts right off the top from seeing this. Looks amazing and thank you and DJ for your effort and time that went into this.
I just hope the maps are a lot tighter and packed, cause is fs22 everything seems spaced apart with wide roads. I want winding roads through woods to get to the back fields
Are they going to have the newest models of the John Deere 9rx family? They are showing through the 9rx 640 (691hp) but they don’t show the new models like the 9rx 710,770, 830 (up to 913hp)
1. No VR support. 2. No weight to vehicles 3. Super speed arcade handling Why tractor nlook wooden? No suspension? 4. Looks like 22 with a couple mods 5. Lighting is cartoon again Disapointed. 6. I can't tell, but does the soil beneath grass deform, too? Looking forward to this. Haven't "farmed" in a while because every time I do my game somehow always gets deleted, and if I wasn't using an auto-save mod, I wouldn't be able to recover it. I haven't been able to figure out which mod is causing it, either.

Will there ever be a day where we can add a custom fence around a husbandry and have the animals roam inside that area? Would definitely add to building a great farm...
@@ecbadboy101 we can place blue areas to show where the animals go, as much as we want and then place a fence around it. And the animals only walk where you placed them blue areas. It’s the expandable pastures mod.
The ground deformation looks a little too intense. Almost like when you drive through deep snow. Game looks great otherwise. Really looking forward to playing on launch day.
The game looks great but it’s basically fs22 with mods. Ground deformation looks kinda unrealistic but every other aspect is pretty cool. Think I’ll just stick with fs22 for a while

The round building at the end looks like an indoor riding ring for horses at least imo.
Loving fs 25, can't wait

No negative from me, I really can't wait, the 1st one I've ever managed to pre order so I'm on the edge of my seat waiting 😂 played for years now.
Keen AF. All they need now is that sweet mudrunner type suspension ;)

it will come mods just u wait a 3 weeks to a month then it will be more mods....
I cant be the only one that doesn't like that ground deformation, that's not what driving on dirt looks like, looks more like driving on sand.
I’m guessing then u never drove this equipment on soft soil

You already did this in September. Why do it again? Its literally the same build
To try and fool you into thinking FS25 is gonna be some big significant improvement. But its the same stuff over and over again.
