Thank the Lord that there's still a man left that'll do the work on his own at his home. Excellent work and safety standards exceed expectations. There's always a sense of accomplishment with projects like this.
Smart to always have backup safety plans when working on vehicles. Always need to block the wheels on the ground too in case it starts to slide, which happens more than people think. Thankful that you are able to replace the starter so your Beloved has a way to get around. God bless yous!
thank you for the great video very good, I just bought a new Kia Sedona from a kid for 100 bucks and it don't run and one of the issues is that it does not have a starter, thank you again, goodbye! from the "Land of the Midnight Sun" (Alaska)
When buying a starter or any part like that make sure you get the extended they don't make parts like they used to my daughter has a Honda that we have put four alternators on in less then two years but due to the warranty we've only paid for one
FYI it’s better to remove the negative terminal, not the positive. Also, the heat shield is made to protect your starter from the extreme heat temps coming from the exhaust. It’s annoying but it’s a valid piece needed to extend the life of your starter

This starter came with a two year warranty. I didnt buy an expensive starter, we wont have the van much longer it has 298K miles lol
Yay now tell that wife to drive out here for a visit lol
Lol ok
what were the size sockets/wrenches used?
I’ll be honest I can’t remember but I’m sure I said it in the video.
Thanks my brother put a new starter on my kia and it still wouldn't start any idea what it could be
Will the engine turn over? If not double check the wiring to the starter. Check the fuses.
