Stuck in RH filter & red light

An example of how using a RH filter lane can leave you stuck if you intend to move straight ahead.
Common practice for bikers to use a filter lane to jump ahead of waiting traffic but it only works if the traffic light for your lane goes green as the ahead light goes green. As in this example when the RH filter stays red to proceed on the ahead green would mean crossing the stop line controlled by the still red light and an offence.
