I got a sewing machine for Christmas and got some fat quarters in the sale. Just made my first stocking and first ever item on a sewing machine. So easy to follow along. Thank you 😊
I watched about 4-5 videos before setting out on a stocking project and yours was the one I liked best. I've never sewn anything in my life so this took me several hours but I'm so happy with my stocking! Your tutorial was amazing. Many thanks!
You're so welcome and thank you for your sweet words. I am glad that it helped you. Also, props for diving into a sewing adventure. No looking back now! 😊
This is a great tutorial. I'm an experienced sewist but sometimes it's nice to just follow along with an instructor. Plus, your personality is adorable! Thanks!
Thank you very much! I am so glad that it helped you. 🥰
I LOVE your pattern for the Christmas Stocking; I watched many (too many) videos on-line. I didn't give up and I found your video. I made up your pattern using "vintage-style' flannel. I quilted the 'front' side of the stocking; I sewed in a lining and put a cuff on the stocking. I love it! It reminds me of the Christmas stockings we had as kids (I still hang mine on the fireplace (it's very old now). I wanted to say 'thank you' for sharing your pattern, hope you and your family have a very nice Thanksgiving and a very Merry Christmas (I'm off to sew up more of these). Love!
That's so awesome!! Thank you very much :)
Best stocking tutorial ever! Thanks! ❤
Wow, thank you!
Thank you for the pattern. Cant stand these websites were they offer a free pattern and you have to navigate thru the entire site only to find out they want your email. GRR. Loving your pattern and the easy instructions.
Used this today to make matching stockings for my Bf and I. Used a pre-quilted red fabric for the border, even more bulk, but so cute, the candy stripe I used for the lining was so cute I got it to poke out a bit on the top so you can see it, so cute as it matches the hanger strap! I’m in love! Thanks for the tutorial!
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! I made my own stencil last year for stocking and they were awful 😭😭😭 your pattern is amazing!!! I was able to some down the pattern so I now I have 2 stocking sizes. Such a hit with my family!!!

So glad I found this tutorial on assembling a stocking! I have a cross-stitched front that my mom made and this is my first time assembling a stocking. Your tutorial was so clear and easy to follow. Thanks so much! Now, to get to work!
