This is great love Henry, this is the second time I’ve seen him featured, going to see if he’s on Insta. The lesson here is work ethic, he’s on another level similar to Goggins, in terms of using the fuel from other people saying he won’t make it. Unwavering commitment to the cause because you love what you do. At the same time he’s caring for his body and has a regime and recognises the link between the mind and body, something I’ve been working on in a similar way. For me it’s getting up 5am, mediation, journalling some exercise & then creating content. I still have a long way to go in terms of the body but I’ve made a start over the last two years and this is inspiring. Let’s just take those small steps and then keep building. Really admire Henry’s work ethic and oh yes hat last clip was very funny. Having fun is important and also keep trying to keep bringing that into my life too.
