I love the look of the Jeeps without the spare tire. Really nice pair of Jeeps.
Thanks!
At it again JJ looking good these days. Keep up the good videos Steve!!
Thanks a lot Time. Thanks for dropping by!
love the rear tank idea, good work men .
Thanks 👍
Part of me wishes I had needed to do this on TDSR; it would have been an enjoyable challenge with all the rust. Great work as always!
Thanks Ed! Yeah, TDSR would have made it more difficult for sure lol.
what aout a TDSR2 project? - I really appreciate to learn a lot from your and Steve's TJ repair videos! You're both my favorite Jeep video channel guys. Greeetings from Germany!
That’s a great compliment! Thanks a lot!
@@BerniesBastelBudeWow! That's high praise and intimidating at the same time. To me, @ForceBuilt is the OG. I wish I'd have been able to keep TDSR - would have been fun to get it and JJ in a collab of '97 2.5L TJs!
Your Jeep is like mine it was wore out when I got it maybe I will get it all fixed back someday thank you for the video
Man, mine was terrible. But it's all better now. Time and some money you can have it where you want it. Don't get discouraged! Thanks for watching!
@@ForceBuilt thank you sir you got your Jeep really fixed up nice looking good
Feel your pain brother, today i was working on my 97 trying to install the Trail Forged 1 ton steering (tie rod & drag link) you have to drill out both knuckles and the pitman arm for the heavy duty grade bolts for the heim joints and i broke 1 5/8ths bit and burned out another. 😖 going to brother inlaws tomorrow with the pitman arm to get that thing reamed out.. then i got to do the alignment and thats going to be a fist pounder im sure.. butany way great video as always good to know this im sure mine will be due soon and now i have a great how to video when it does.
Good luck with your repair! Thanks for stopping by and watching!
well done
Thanks!
Only fuel pump I use is Bosch. Everything else is absolute junk for our TJs.
Can’t find one for 97-02. I mention that in the video. If you have somewhere to get one for my Jeep, point me that way. Thanks for watching
what kind of wheels do you have? I kind of feel like you- always some project to work on pops up on my 06 LJ
Mammoth Boulder. Thanks for watching
How can I tell if I have 15 or 18 gallon tank?
They are 15 and 19 gallon tanks. There is a part # on the driver side of the plastic tank(you can see it without removal of anything). Put that # in Google and it should tell you. I knew because the previous owner had a 20 gallon pump in my 15 gallon tank. It would never show full. I did the 19 Gallon tank mod and made my tank 19 Gallons. Now I use the 19 Gallon fuel pump and the gauge is perfect. Thanks for watching!
