    EXCELLENT!
Four States Legislators have wised up and reversed Qualified Immunity for Career Criminal Police Officers, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Montana. Smart decisions because they are tired of the Tax Payers paying for LEO's cowardice ways. Qualified Immunity needs to be reversed in all states. Cops have gone rouge, they don't care if you sue because the tax payers pay for the suit, you and I. Not only do they not deserve Qualified Immunity but they should be required by law to submit to at least two psych evaluations a year paid from their own pockets to keep their job, done by Qualified Professionals not affiliated with any police association or union. This will weed out the bad cops. They have become nothing but Career Criminals with badges! In John 10:10 we're told that Satan has come to steal, kill and destroy. I think he has recruited most of the LEO's, Judges and Prosecuting Attorney's in this Country! In some states an officer is only required to take 600 hours of training but to become a barber it take 4000 hours, 6.6 times longer, how right is that? The only sane conclusion you can come up with is that LEO's are stupid, corrupt and evil!

Most dispatch centers will give the caller the non-emergency number and tell them to call back on that line, if they call in nuisance complaints on 911. 911 calls are usually considered abused only if a caller continuously calls on trivial matters to 911 over a longer period of time, even after having been given the non-emergency number, or the caller ties up the line with multiple calls to 911 in a shorter period of time and refuses to stop.

Edit (Added): I specifically said, “I urge you to look into it”. Something you obviously did not do. The implication there was that you should not take my word for it, but if you diligently search the information for yourself, you will find it.
Yet, even after giving such advice, you have the audacity to not only not heed the advice, but to come here and infer that I’ve got no understanding of the issue at play and in doing so, humiliate yourself in your feeble attempt to try to discredit me and my understanding of it.
The “implied license” is that police are doing no more than any other person may do when they come to your door and knock on it, even when there exists a “no trespassing” sign. A “no trespassing” sign is not legally considered all encompassing, as you will see when you look at the case I referenced.
However, because there is an “implied license”, that does not mean that you still do not have protections at your disposal. That very decision cited states that the implied license had not been revoked by them. That would stand to reason that you thus have a right to revoke it.
If you visit narlo.org, you will find that they sell a sign for this specific purpose (it is copyrighted).
I would suggest that in the future you heed sound advice and do the mature thing and research your own questions as opposed to trying to attack another’s character. This isn’t grade school and some folks are not going to take as kind as an approach as I am giving.
You’re existence on the internet is not as anonymous as you may think and some wacko may go off against you with nefarious intentions and still others may also seek legal recourse (libel/slander). This too sir, I would suggest, would be sound advice as well.

"Excessive noise" must exceed certain decibels, and must be measured by an accurate calibrated instrument, or they cannot even mention it to you.
Do a video showing what it is that you do that causes your neighbor to call. Keep your camara going until the cops arrive.
Do a FOIA request for all of the 911 calls against you, the audio and the transcript, and a second FOIA request for the phone numbers from which the false calls were made.
Do a separate, 3rd FOIA request for radio and dispatch traffic regarding the dispatches for service to your house.
The reason to make 3 separate FOIA requests is not to lump them together, because if they fail to give those to you, then you will have three misdemeanor charges against them that your state Attorney General can charge the police officers and chief with for failure to provide requested public information.
Also seek to charge your neighbor with harassment and talk to the police about charging your neighbor with felony false reporting and with misuse of emergency reporting systems.
If you get no help there, file reports with your stare law enforcement offices, the FBI, and seek help from a civil rights attorney.
Contact the Institute For Justice and tell them what's going on.
Your neighbor is breaking the law.

I had an apartment in the 90's. The kids next door kept messing with me, throwing stuff over the fence, being disrespectful. Me and my buddy upstairs both rode Harleys and it didn't deter them. One day, when their parents were outside I brought out the AK and the AR to go to the range. The parents got the brats inside and for some reason, I never had trouble with those kids again!😅

Meanwhile the guy who called them was blasting a morman thing it was so loud! The cop came and actually said it depends on what side of the street you live on. That’s oregon for you.

I don't know what the noise ordinance laws are in the USA but in my city the regulations state that we may not disturb our neighbours with excessive noise at anytime of the day or night. Obviously doing the normal chores like mowing the lawn etc are tolerated. This lady has been informed that her dogs bark a lot when she is out which is enough to drive any neighbour crazy. There are measures she can take to solve the problem but she chooses not to do so which is inconsiderate of her.

The problem is that every city has its own ordinances when it comes to Excessive Noise. What is allowed in one city may be totally illegal in the next. So there's no way of telling if the cop was right or wrong and if he was or wasn't harassing the woman.

About 13 years ago I called the police on my neighbor in a apartment building above me.. she had these old school tower speakers and was blasting music so loud, I had to yell to talk to my girlfriend.. police told her to turn it down.. they left and she turned it back up.. I called again.. they gave her a ticket.. she was yelling and threatening everyone. Trying to find out who called.. I just laughed.. she never turned it back on.. 😂😂

Cameras make a big difference, find out wich neighbor and study them for things you can call on. Its petty but if they won't leave you alone try to get them for harassment as well. Best of luck to you. Check on the noise ordinance in my town its 8pm.

Makes me glad I live here where during the day people play music, shoot guns, mow, ride 4 wheelers.
Can it get annoying? Well of course, but people have a right to do these things on their property.
Most of my neighbors keep it between 8:00 am and 8-9:00 pm. The few that don't, get calls or somebody going by and asking them to quit as most people here have to sleep to get up for work or school. So far, so good

  • @frontier9142
    @frontier9142 Год назад +6

Example: let's say a neighbor was having a wild crazy party blasting music. Disturbing the peace in someone else's house, yard, neighborhood or even a public park , regardless if it's 9:00am or 9:00pm with loud excessive noise is called disturbing the peace there is no timeframe for that.. People usually get confused of a County ordinances that say you have to turn the sound down say 8 or 9 at night, in other words you can't be using a Chainsaw or Skill Saw late at night while people are trying to relax getting ready for bed..
