Right. Judge said they n court last week that the neighbors statement was untrue and he as never had a meeting with them or talked with them! Can you say liars without saying liars!!!😂😂😂

I had a neighbor who used to call the sherriff three or four times a day just to try and get me in trouble (for no reason). They just ignored him after a while.
Boy; that Karen just doesn't quit. 🤦♀️
Sure doesn't!
The Renters from Hell
Walk of shame??? Cops were absolutely professional..
They were but they should not have been there questioning me on a civil matter.
@@pamelaknox7671 I think they may have done that to try to desc alate the situation. To pacify karen. Karen being a karen of course had to escalate things because that's what they do. In my case I'd tell her she has 2 minutes to gtfoff my property or ill loose my dog on a treaspasser. I have a mali he's good sized and can be mean if I tell him to.
What are you doing? What are they doing questioning you about you. They may as well go into your house and ask you why you are washing the floors. Sickening. They should be slapping them in cuffs and charging them for wasting their time with false complaints and using the police to harass you. Infuriating.
I sure do agree!
The bald one is the only police officer I like around here! Love you momma!
We had a problem something like this when we wanted to extend our fence about 6 feet from the fence line on the side of our house, so we didn't have to look at our neighbors awful porch. No cops, but she wouldn't approve the extra feet. So my husband had the fence guy make it two inches into our property along the property line. We won, the fence guy loved it! Said he would remember this when he had the same problem with someone else. He couldn't stop laughing! Our hoarder neighbor couldn't do a thing!! She was so mad! Also she likes to watch her neighbors so now she can't see our porch! Our front door is facing her porch, so it is so nice now not having to see her porch anymore.
Wonderful!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Walk of shame!
Are you referring to the police? Because all they did was respond to a complaint. They weren't trying to pin anything on the homeowner.
Winner winner, chicken dinner! Hope you celebrated this win! It's the 1st time you've won! I'm loving it my friend! I like how you made sure police knew that those people are only tenants. It's a wonder she wasn't out there screaming at the top of her lungs that you are destroying HER property. Especially after police left! I'm guessing you put in the music? Lol, next video put up looney tunes music. It suits them. Chalk up the win. I'd had to do a little dance in the front yard where they could see......
Take your time getting that driveway out. Seems like a big damn deal to them. Hmmmm, you are going to be living in their heads rent free for a long time on this one. GOOD FOR YOU MZ PAMELA!
❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁
I was wondering when you were going to remove that old broken up driveway. It really does bring down the value of all those renovations you have made. You know, you will need to put down some grass seed before winter, to controll water runoff and soil management.

That's why we live in the country with 2 acres far away. They need to at least pay a fine for a false police call. Stop using our resources for nothing.
We moved to Mexico. High concrete walled properties everywhere. It works very well to eliminate this sort of silliness.
Yes it does!
People laugh when I say that I want to find 40+ acres so that neighbors and HOAs are never an issue.
Yes!!!
As long as it was surveyed and marked before construction, you are good.
Correct.
Good morning. These last few videos are awesome and the sound sure adds to them. Love taking out the cement. If they had just been decent people this could have all been avoided. Love the cops. They are definitely sick of it too and seems to be rooting you on. Can wait for more of the daytime soap - "As the Stomach Turns" - lol. Prayers and 💚

Agreed!

Pam,
Do you have any communication with the property owner next door to you? If not, wouldn't it be a good idea to start? That could be the solution to most, if not all, of your problems.
@@dough9512 that is who is was in court with. Has of Nov 2022 he sold the property to the neighbors to be done with the situation. At this point I’m going to put my property up for sell & hope I can find a buyer.

Quite the Disney soundtrack playing... lmao
The neighbors played it all day to harass the workers and I.
Thank you for the awesome background jams!
Calling the cops for nothing should be $100.00 fine by cop who went there.
Yes
me just casually enjoying the music xD
🤣🤣🤣
Wow, Pamela. First time I learned of your channel. This is insane, the way you have to keep your guards up all the time, collecting video evidences just to stay safe. Crazy neighbors and tenant are a curse, if you're a home owner. I hope this gets resolved somehow, the audacity when someone says you owe them a favor for letting you use your own property is baffling, such a crazy time we're living in, kids not learn social and ethical values, going to college only to get dumber...we're on the verge of dooms day.
Thank you so much for you concern and support🥰🥰🥰🥰
Make sure you have any required permits so you’re legal in the work being done, for your protection.
I’m just diggin the background music!
🤣🤣🤣
Tall fences make good neighbors!;)
Court order no fence but I’m working on it.
pamela, i love your taste in music. you are a girl worth fighting for.
Thank you
Okay I love the fact that somebody is watching Pocahontas in the background
Played on repeat all day to agitate my workers and I.
@@pamelaknox7671 okay so at that point maybe it wouldn't be quite so much fun
Right.
Why can't neighbors just get along? You'd think they'd want to go half and fix their side while you're at it. I've had some nightmare neighbors (including one currently trying to have my thrown in jail) and I've had some of the best neighbors you could imagine. I just don't understand how anybody would WANT to have conflict with the people who are literally 25ft away from them 24/7.
They tried to steal my property up to the very wall of my house. Have threatened to shot me many times. At this point there is no forgiveness or getting along. They can stay on their side and will stay on mine.
@@pamelaknox7671For making threats they should be in jail. Can you get cameras that can also record voice, or set up a microphone?
Had a neighbor who was a pain in the butt. Had trespass warrant slapped on him. Had the chance to move. He basically
" frosted the neighbors
" Cookies" on our section of the street. Aka - no friends!!!
My cameras record voices. The police, DA and judges are aware of these threats and don’t care. Preferential treatment for the neighbors being as the husband is a courthouse security guard.

My "gut" feeling is the owner is USING those tenants to harrash You. I think there is laws where the owner can be held reponsible for actions of tennants IF they were informed and did not take action. But By using tennants, that sort of protects owner from direct adverse possition law suit.
Have You talked with owner?
I don't recall prior LEO interactions, but was that first of County Sheriff taking the lead. They seemed like they were there to calm down the town Police.
Sort of wishing You would have taking a "punch" at neighbors by asking Sheriff why "Building Code Enforcement " wasn't called.
Hope you were able to finish the cutting. another wish I had was you rented a monster gas power saw where you could have finished before they could react
It is a crime to use the 911 system for non emergencies. I would find out if she went through the main number to the police department. That is not a crime. Usually this type of response is called keeping the peace. I'm sure by now that this the police department knows how crazy your neighbor is. I'm sure they're just as frustrated as you are. The city of attorney's and the courts need to deal with their once and for all and lay down the law about the misuse of law enforcement for her personal Vandetta. This is been going on too long.
I agree but the Police, DA & judges continue to protect thus courthouse security guard!
I finally caught on to this Pam.... they built rooms on to the property.. that was their driveway.. the building is on the driveway .. lawd have mercy. Buy that property and you rent it out...
This is how police should act not going into a situation seeing how they can fine you or arrest you
Fine and or arrest people calling cops for no crime.
It so crazy that peoples who are renting calling the police to make the owner of the other property stop do what ever he or she want in his or her
Property..is that is posible .. maybe police have to start looking for the owners where those peoples are tenant because they acting like very suspicious fighting for something that is not their concern is a big red flag 🚩
The Disney music makes it all better. Good luck with the neighbor!
Thank you🥰🥰🥰
Now you can use this as proof the neighbors need a IPO to stfu and mind there business.😂😂
Exactly!!!
If I were you, I would cut to the chase and just put up a blocked wall. Enough is enough. Problem solved.
Court order no fence but I’m working on it.
they plan to stop by backround checks they know who there walking in on 🧐🧐🧐
How can one call for defunding the police and then feel that the police are needed for home improvement projects? And then the police have to send out not one but 3 cars and officers to tell the neighbor that they don’t have a leg to stand on. Too ridicules. Use those social workers. Let the police do their real job like catching a real criminal.

@@dough9512 yes he did. 32x75. It was such a small part I chose not to fight it. What did upset me is he then gave them an easement across my remaining cement drive and ordered no fence. So the continued to harass & block me from my garage. I removed my cement drive to stop them. I only have street parking now. They continue to harass & I can’t even get a restraining order or protection of any type. The house sits vacant for 7+ years now. I can’t even mow it in peace. Unless there illegal additions up to the property line. This can cause the surrounding properties decreased value.

@Letha_Mae I agree.
These folks that called the police are just tenants from what I gathered and have zero jurisdiction on property improvements or changes unless permission is given from the actual owner of the property. They certainly have no say in what the neighbor's can do with there own property.
What do renters have to do with property lines that is owned by their landlord? They need to mind their own business.

The neighbors illegal addition as already done that. It’s build into the natural water way and causes a swimming pool effect at their back door. City will do nothing!
