I like the smoothie and butter.I don't do jellys they make my hair dry and crunchy for some reason, but the smoothie and butter i love.I live for thick thick butters. The butter definitely is. It keeps my hair nice, soft and moisturized.Sorry that happened to you😣It doesnt seem like it is for everyone plus i am only using it when i am plaiting and tucking my hair away for the week. Although I am not opposed to using it on a wash and go. I just dont do that to often.
The same thing happened to me. I saw this update before I bought it and I wished I listened to you. Honestly, the hold was good but it dried my hair out.

Just to let you know, the smoothie is NOT curly “person” friendly. The fifth ingredients is beeswax which isn’t removable without a sulfate shampoo.

I always just put it in a pineapple or a pineapple bun and use my satin scarf or satin hair tie!

You should also try the hydrating butter cream that goes along with this line instead of the smoothie! It may help with the dryness you were feeling!!!
can you try out the Oaui curl line? specifically the curl jelly, finishing creme, leave in, and hair oil?
I’ve tried their curling jelly a couple years ago and I wasn’t the biggest fan :/

I love your 3rd and 4th day hair it looks so defined and very full!! 🙌🏿🙌🏿💜💜
Now I know my low porosity hair loves glycerin but beeswax can leave a film on my hair if I use a product that has alot of it. But the beeswax is in the smoothie to actually do the "defining" it does give the hair some weight so it can define your curls and they clump together nicely. But I dont mind the ingredient at all! Just as long as it is not very high up and usually it's not. 😊😊💚💚

Treat. Garnier products were my favorite products before I went natural, so I bummed that it didn't wow you. I may or may not try it; still thinking about it. Great video as usual.
I’d say the jelly wowed me the most but the smoothie isn’t really worth picking up but they’re all super affordable so I’m happy about that!

Yeah I was kinda disappointed with the cream but if you already have a cream or leave in that you love it may be worth pairing with the jelly!
Nicole Maull I agree! I'm thinking about trying the jelly while using the avocado mask as my leave in. I'm not sure if you've tried any of the masks as a leave in but the avocado one works amazingly well when used as a leave in.

I decided to give Garnier the benefit of the doubt on these products. Well needless to say my results weren't good at all. These products were extremely drying on my hair. Back to Target I went to get my refund. Keep up the great reviews ➰💕

I've tried all 3 together lol and I liked them. This is not one of my top 5 or maybe not even top 10, but I liked them. My daughter is using the custard and the jelly now and she likes them together, but I think you're right about the custard. I haven't seen too many good reviews on these though lol.

Garnier needs to hire you.... now that I have seen this review, I know Im not crazy... it did work well, and maybe if you used the butter as your leave in it wouldn't have been as dry, because really your curls looked FAB!! I know its an extra step, but really they are so reasonably priced.... I love this line....
Yeah I was really happy with how my curls look! I think I may try pairing the jelly with a different leave in and see if I can get more moisture that way! 🤗

OK, so for the first time I paused the video and am going to give my assumptions BEFORE i watch the rest of your demo.... I THINK, now I could be wrong, BUT I THINK it's going to come out BOMB! So far all the demos i have seen everyone is using the BUTTER with the Jelly.... and no one likes it. I myself got the SMOTHIE and the JELLY and I got a really nice defined result.... I cant comment on how many days it last though as I still have yet to master refreshing, so I still actually wash and go every day still, however in my defense, according to a master stylist named Dicky here on youtube he says the dryer your curls are the more you SHOULD wash and go... and my curls are on the dry side if I dont... it is time consuming, but I enjoy it and have the time... so anyway, back to watching your video to see if I'm right.....

No sis! Get a good moisture routine down and you should be straight for 3-7 days, depending on how easily your hair gets build up. Doing you wash n go routine everyday is over manipulation:/
@@kennedy2893 I cant seem to get around the volume on the second day, thats why I end up redoing... my hair is shoulder length, but really is a curly short afro that doesnt look good on me... i have really no breakage to speak of, so it is growing, just to shrunk....

Your curls still looked really good on day four! I agree with you about the smoothie. Especially, bc when you listed the first five ingredients benzyl alcohol was the fifth, and that's a very drying alcohol. I wonder why they did that since they're trying to promote it being really natural. Why would that do that to our curls especially since there's other more natural mixing agents.
Also that beeswax ugh!
