Super! Supa Dupa! I tried this product and sadly, I didn't experience any significant stretch on my type 4 curls using this for a wash and go. It did give me great definition for a cream and great moisture. A bonus was it took much less time to dry than a gel styler. I really want to try it with a twist out or braid out.

Super! Believe you me, l was gonna suggest this Deva Curl Cream to you even though l haven't tried it yet! I have seen very good reviews on it! I am so glad you tried it out and it worked just fine for your hair! I am definitely gonna try this product out because of the elongation while still keeping the curls defined sparks my interest a whole lot! My hair has crazy shrinkage! I just want to see a difference with my hair even though this product is very pricey! Anyway, thanks for sharing!

Great video Lydia! I wonder how this would work on transitioning hair? I do twist and curls with flexing rods and I’m looking for a cream product to give hold to my natural growth and relaxed ends as we go into the colder weather. Any thought? Much appreciated love
If I’m being honest I’m not 100% sure, I’d say it’s worth trying it out for yourself and then if it doesn’t work you can return it if you bought it from Ulta or Sephora. But it is moisturizing so I think it would be good as we go into the colder weather

any suggestions on how to quickly do your hair in the morning before school/work?
I would say wash n gos are what I find to be fast an easy for me. But I would say putting your hair up properly before bed can help how long your style lasts that way you won’t have to spend anytime re doing your hair the next morning!

Heyy Lydia I'm a recently new subscriber, my hair has become damaged within the last year (I think from having to dye it) and Im really struggling with trying to manage it and get it to look good again :(. Its superrrr curly in the back and a few more sections but some sections are curly from the root to about the middle then the ends become wavy/straight. My hair has broken off where I normally part it from having to wear buns. Its dry and I've tried coconut oil and a few more oils so I'm thinking my hair has become protein sensitive after watching your video about low porosity hair. I even just purchased some protein free shampoo and condition that you listed. I just don't know what to do and I really don't want to have to cut it if I don't have to. Any advice for me or a routine you would recommend I do??? I really would appreciate any response or advice!!
I would recommend getting a trim my a professional to event out the loose ends from the curls ends. And deep conditioning your hair to help maintain moisture and build up strength! But since I don’t know exactly what your hair looks like or feels like. I would honest recommend going to see a professional hair stylist that specializes in curly hair!

Lydia Tefera tip that works for me-using the LOC method making sure raw shea butter is the C and last product used, will elongate curls for a small fraction of Deva's cost.👍🏽
