GOLD!! I love that gel! I use it for wash and gos! I have the cuticle leave in lotion that goes with it that combo is EXCELLENT! If you want to try the leave in I HIGHLY recommend it! I will say that I LOVE the OIL in that line that is my hands down FAVORITE oil! My hair gets so SHINEY, defined and soft when I use it after applying the gel! The whole line smells like a WATERMELON COCKTAIL! UGH I LOVE THE MANE CHOICE! This brand and camille rose NEVER let me down! I'm very glad you liked it lydia! By chance will you ever get a P.O. Box? Gold.......I tried this gel two weeks ago. I used it with the cuticle control leave in. I really like the results. Similar to the Mane Choice's Moringna line. The only problem is that it doesn't have enough hold for more than two days. I feel the same way about the Moringna line. When I use CRN or Jessicurl, I get a solid four to 5 days before a refresh is necessary. With this gel, it is every two days. I am wondering since it really wasn't formulated for wash and go's, I suspect that is why the hold does not last too long. The definition is awesome, that's why I love it so much, as well as the smell. After applying the leave-in and gel I spritzed it with the OGX Argan oil, so I get decent shine as well. I refreshed with it (water and gel) and I think those results were better than my original wash and go. It's not my holy grail, but a pretty good runner up. Thanks for your review.

I love this gel. I have thin fine hair 3A to 3B hair. It does not dry my hair out like others gels do including camile gel. I used it in my twists out. I also like Curl orgin gelin. The only 2 gels I can used. Biotin gel made my hair flake, dry and didnot play well with other products. GOLD

Lol finally somebody that has my similar texture. I’m using the crystal orchid biotin gel, which sometimes leaves flakes in my hair. Would you recommend that I use the gold twisting gel instead?

Golddddd! Lol this is one of my new discoveries too. I tried it with a wash and go a couple of times and was pleasantly surprised. I never really do twist outs but decided to try it with a twist out and it was amazing. So soft and moisturized and lasted about 4-5 days just fine...and I got lots of compliments. The only thing is after a few days my hair needed help in the moisture dept. But I def will keep this on hand for whenever I do twist outs. :)

I think you’ll get great results! I just used this along with the cuticle control leave in lotion and it’s one of the best wash n go’s I’ve ever achieved! I’m on day 3 hair now and my hair is still moisturized without refreshing or adding product. I’ll likely have to refresh after tomorrow which is great for me. 😄 ok back to the video to see if I’m right about your results.

Hey Lydia. You have to try the gel out with their Ancient Egyptian Leave-In Lotion. Omg, the results are amazing. I really LOVE ❤️ that line. The Leave-In Conditioner and Hair Glaze in their Tropical 🐠 Moringa Endless Moisture line pairs so well, and the results are great 👍. I’ve never come across a bad product from The Mane Choice. However, according to many reviews I’ve seen and read, their Pink Lemonade and Coconut 🥥 line is ehhh. Gold 🍯✨⭐️🌞~#NOTIFICATIONSQUAD

GOLD!!!!! Lydia, for some reason it's hard for me to preserve my washngo after day one. Whether I pineapple or use a satin scarf after day 1 I usually have to rewet to achieve day 1 results. Any recommendations? I have 3c medium length curls🌈💕
What products do you use? And how do you apply the products to your hair? That can definitely make a difference

I was using all Deva Curl products (per my “hair restorer” but recently began experimenting with other deep conditioners and techniques. After washing and conditioning with Kinky Curly leave-in, I use Mielle Organics Honey Ginger gel. I do section by section as you do and allow it to air dry. I seal with a light oil and it looks great. At night, I do a low pony with a satin scrunched and tie it down with a satin scarf. The next am it looks ok but not as good as yours after days 2, 3+. My hair is recovering from childbirth and bad habits while managing 3 kids! So, its a bit thinner at the ends than roots. This could be the reason it isn’t all it will be in the future...like that positive spin??? I am not giving up though. Just trying to make it looks its best at this stage.
