I loved your other video you did on how to style your hair like Elvis, this one's fun as well. I styled my son's hair like 50's Elvis when he was in elementary school in middle school he got the 60's look and in high school he got the 70's look. Young man never stood a chance with his mom being a super Elvis fan but he said if it made me happy that's what counted.

Hello, how did you learn to cut your own hair? Why did you learn it?
I just started watching hair cut videos from people like Salon Guy.
I learned because no barbers ever did it right, they always wanted to modernize it and taper it. Elvis’s didn’t do that.
So I said “I’ll just do it myself”

Just a really big, thick mop top lol.
A little bit past eyebrows in the front, almost bottom ear on the sides, a few inches in the back. But no layers.
The top of your hair should reach all the way to the bottom. The shortest length being the bottom where it ends
A lot of work - but worth it. Looks amazing.
How to style Elvis hair style in 1968

U do not have sideburns
Rock this style while your still relatively young it will become problematic when you begin to thin and start spotting on your crown
Or you could grow your own sideburns for free
Good luck getting them the right shape
Elvis’ grew far forward and far back, not a normal beard growth line, most can’t get it right
More men should have a LOT more hair on the sides of their head, the present style of shaved sides is ridiculous, it does not make them sexier or bolder or professional or ANYTHING. Women like a longer length of hair, certainly on the sides, not "hippie" long just 2-4 inches so the guy looks like he's got hair for heaven's sake.
