I could never imagine myself would stay to listen a hair product review as i usually read it on blog in stead but you'd made me stay! Very helpful and straight to the point. Thank you so much!
I ordered number 3, 4 and 5 just a few days ago. can‘t wait to try it because my hair really needs it 🙃 thank you for your extremely interesting clips 🥰
You are welcome. Please come back and share your thoughts on the products if you had a chance to try them, I am always interested to hear how they work for others.
I have only tried 8, and it's done wonders for my hip length fine but thick hair. One treatment turned the ends from a frizzy tangled mess to smooth and shiny, like my hair was 40 years ago! Now I want to try 3 ... I don't know if it will work better, but maybe I can use it less often. I don't mind sitting around with wet hair ... I twist it up and add a clip, then either do other grooming or watch a video or two. But I have the time to do that - and when you're used to letting hair dry for 6 hours, an extra 10 minutes is nothing!
I used no.3 and yes you are right I don’t get time to wet my hair to apply it… I have started using no.8 and omg I’m in love with the product… makes my hair so soft and smooth… never did any product in my entire life transitioned my hair to what it is currently.. unless it’s a hair spa ( that again uses blow dry). I just dry my hair after using no. 8 not blow dry… an my hair is frizz free.. soft… adds volume… I’m in love with no. 8. I wash my hair only once a week so I use no. 8 instead of any conditioner… Will recommend to everyone 😍
I love Olaplex 4 and 5 shampoo and conditioner. I don't like getting my hair wet, waiting around for the mask and then shampooing it out. But my hair isn't damaged. I tried Olapex 3 once and gave it away to a friend who had damaged hair.
I start using nr 3 and nr 4 for my damegd curls. And i have nr8 but after more research. It is maybe better to uses nr 5 and or a reguler conditiner and not nr 8 do you maybe have some insight
It depends on what you want - not in perfomrance, but in ease of application. No 3 is in my opinion the most effective, but also needs the most time. I use No 3 around once a week and No 4 and 5 every other wash and that works for my hair.
Hello Dear Dr Anne 🤗, I have recently had some highlights put in my hair, fist time in 2 years , 😳 so I think I need to start taking my No 3 out of the drawer. For the past 2 years I have only coloured my roots and that didn’t damage my hair that much, but now … I need to act preventively 😉. Although last week when I hand my hair done I have asked my hairdresser to put Olaplex in every step of the colouring process to be on the safe side. My wallet might have not liked it but I think my hair did 😆
I have heard lots of positive things about this brand. I wonder if Revolutions “knock-offs” are any good, since I could actually afford those. Something on trend at the moment are silicone scalp massagers and I want one. My scalp does feel tense somehow
@@moose8762 Then it sounds about right for you. I am always tempted by these LED hair growth caps (Dr Dray did review one), but just am not sure I would use it regularly.
@@patsyjohnson601 I can't say how it is different, the active ingredient is most likely the same. Are you sure it was No 2? Usually 0, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 are for sale (and whichever number their new purple shampoo has). But in the end your hair should return back to normal when you stop using it.
@@chaimaamlouk Another tip: Do it if you don't want to workout and then tell yourself that now you have to because you can't lay down with that stuff in your hair anyway...
And such a bad advice that you can’t even spend 10 mins to keep your mask on…. If you want soft… frizz free hair and can afford to buy Olaplex then I suppose you can spend 10 mins too…
Do you do regular hair masks?
@@sydneyjames2705 Crew cut hair definitely doesn't need that.
I bought the no8
@@patsyjohnson601 I hope you like it, I just used it again tonight. Trying to finish my bottle.
Have you used the no8?
@@patsyjohnson601 Yes, this video is a review of my experiences with it?

Oh, that is such nice thing to say. I do have my video topics on the blog as well though, if you prefer written content.
Thank you so much for sharing! You nailed the pronunciation of our active ingredient! 💜
Thank you! I did practice a long time!

6 hours? I couldn't deal with that! But at the same time I envy you for the hair you describe, mine is very fine, which is why it dries so quickly.
Was your hair dry?

I use number 3 on my bleached hair, makes it soft and shiny! 😃👍
I an amazed how good my hair looks when I use it regularly, bleach and all.

Using Olaplex during the bleaching process is probably the only reason why I still have hair on my head... It is really expensive though!

I am the worst when it comes to any gadgets, I doubt I would use a scalp massage thing either.

I was sold no2 from a beautician is it is the same as no3 it didn’t do my hair good at all it was drier actually
No, No 1 and No 2 are usually used in salon when you do bleach and not for at home use.

Yep it’s no2 not 3 on bottle I contacted support they said she wasn’t supposed to have sold that to me
They wanted know who sold it but I don’t get anybody in trouble so I’m not going to tell them I just need know how yo regain moisture back in it?
Hi, i wanna ask.. if for now i just use olaplex 3 without olaplex 8 is it okay?because at home i still have another hair mask..
Absolutely okay. You can use just one Olaplex product and pair it with other stuff or use several of their line, both is fine.
I find it hard to sit with wet hair for 15 minutes too. That's why I will never try it :)
One way I can trick myself into it is applying it to my hair before a workout. I have it up then anyway, so it isn't as bothersome.
