To find the owners of a company, at least in Alabama, go to the Secretary of State’s website and click on business services, then click on Business Entity Search, and lastly Entity Name. This will bring up the records for a business formed in Alabama. I’m assuming other states have similar online resources. Hope this helps!

For those who can't afford hundreds of dollars for a list like myself, I took the zip code with the most transactions in that county (154) and created another list with that info and came up with a price of $35. I selected "Remove duplicate property mailing addresses" and the price dropped to $23. I tried the top 4 zip codes (454 addresses) and the price was $71.55. You should be able to get a few cash buyers from that list. Do what you can to get started.

I just did this and looked up a few zip codes that I plan to be working in and I was surprised to find the ones I was expecting were not high on the list but some others were. I now have some information to dig deeper and dive into step 2 in the process. As a new wholesaler, Im not so much worried about spending money to invest in marketing. Right now my beginner budget is about 500 per month. After my first deal I plan to increase it to 2000 per month and keep it steady there.

I have access to very high equity homes and have been scared to proceed although I have a huge list of cash buyers throughout the country from all of 2017 with contact information. The problem has been I wanted to narrow it down even more with the hottest market before I reach out to the buyers. Didn't want to get stuck on my first deal.
