@@hemiboi9785 Just pull the whole list and start calling. You'll end up spending 5-10 min per property if you try to find out if its a deal. Then there's no guarantee you even get in contact with them and on top of that more often than not its not going to be a deal so you'll end up wasting your time. Hit the phones and maximize your time calling and when you do find a motivated seller, analyze the deal and make sure the numbers work.
I found your channel after a 2hrs on connectedinvestors. This look real and simple. So listing ... Feels like listing to my daughter teach me .. kind of fun.

When speaking to home owners about their properties you want to appear as if you know what you are talking about. Get into the habit of using proper grammar, so that you can cut it on and off whenever you like. I want you to become a multi millionaire in this game.

Yeah not really going to pull list not that motivated by some but what I can tell you is that I may look at the local newspaper ads or a realtor to somewhat check also for motivated sellers one thing we have in common is there could be a lot of sellers it's what keep me in the game.
I locate contact information of owner of properties . Also i can provide you update cash buyer, absentee owner , vacent house , motivated seller and tex delinquencies lead with skip trace in any city / state and zip code .

when refuring to what lit should we be pulling motivated sellers from..
I can provide motivated seller leads within owner name ,mailing address , phone number and email .
