For a newbie, this was GOLD. I truly appreciate you getting us this tutorial. I been on analysis paralysis since 2015 and never knew what pop stream actually does. I know this sounds like a broken record but this definitely is NOT clickbait and IS as advertised. This is the best video. I am a Houston TX area realtor - I have been contemplating getting into wholesaling for at least 5 years and I never pulled the trigger. As of 2021, I decided to dive in. Hey I just subscribed to your channel at 3am haha so I had propstream last year in the beginning of 2020.. I got side tracked and started another business which was a huge waste of time... I could of had my first deal last year lol So now I am getting my focus back! and this video really help me get back into the swing of things on how to use this system again. By the ways this is my 7th video I am watching by you haha I am a RUclipsR myself but I think I wanna make a brand new Channel just for wholesale and following my journey on my first deal because I am getting it period haha

Burtons is very knowledgeable, continue with tutorials. Make sure if your spending money utilize information . If price is your concern , Use fee sites.

If you find a non listed house that you’re interested in, what’s the easiest/best way to get the name and number of the owner?
I'm going to guess and say to try looking up property tax records, if available. Do seek responses elsewhere in case that's not the best answer.

On prop-stream, Is there a way to document the activities of a property. Let’s say, through marketing I get in touch with a seller and we had a conversation but didn’t close the deal. Is there a way to document that conversation for further reference when I’m in touch with them again?
When you pull a list fromPropstream do you go thru the list first to see if you want to mail it to that particular address? If a record has a PO BOX do you skip trace it to have a mailing address?

Yes! When you click on property details, you can select the documents tab and see what documents are available for that particular property.
