I was pre diabetic, had nerve pain in my foot at night when I lay down, plus other issues,, I heard about these two, and within 3 months my foot stopped burning and nerve stopped firing. Restless legs gone too. For me this has been a miracle, no drugs required. I always did eat very healthy lots of veggies etc low sugar. Enormous stress mixed with grief caused my sugars to go all over the shop. So stress management played a part too.
