@Sean Miller They had to take extreme measures in order to prevent the Xenomorph infestation from spreading across the world. And the PredAlien from Earth actually killed an entire crew of Predators which caused that Scout Ship to crash in the first place.
This game needed a sequel so badly.

Wolf Predator isn't only one though. This the second Wolf who managed take down Specimen 6, while the first Wolf is the one battle against young queen Predalien in AVP Requiem.
It would make sense, if these game about Elite Clan. Then, the next yautja protagonist should be another ''Wolf'' who wants to join Elite Clan.

the Predator's AI was the weakest amongst all the 3 species
Ironically, i think that the elite predator have a worse AI than the young blood predators in the boss fight, because the young bloods try to keep their distance of you and they are more prone to use their plasma caster, while the elite predator only try to face you directly without any difficulty.

The only time a king xenomorph existed was when they made Rogue in the comics by experimenting on another. It was done by humans to challenge one of the Queens, Xenomorphs are naturally hermaphrodites and xenos that form a close bond with the queen may Evolve further to replace her. Six was probably a juvenile praetorian because you can see before she molts that she had the head crest of a praetorian.

This game in terms of graphics and aesthetics aged really well; the campaign is not that bad but really needed more polish in terms of gameplay mechanics (the marine can´t duck!?) and the story is kinda boring (well, the AVP were never original in terms of plot but certainly there are lot of media related with the franchise with interesting story as Alien Isolation).
Graphics were definitely way ahead of its time. Yeah totally agreed on all your points.
@@rossmahon2 Yes, the graphics were astonishing, moreover if you compare them with the next entry of the franchise ( cough cough ACM). So far I read the developers of Rebellion didn´t have time to polish or improve the game mechanics and what a pity because the past two AVP games are, IMHO, better. Nevertheless, 2010 AVP it´s still a decent and worthy entry of the franchise, it´s just the game has its flaws, which hurt the gameplay and fun.

Honestly, I wanted more of the Marine campaign in this game because not the Alien and definitely not the Predator appealed to me. The marine on the other hand provided a kind of motivation for surviving, made the experience more..wanting.
Out of all things you can be in a video game you wanna be the bum ass marines.....

If you look at her shadow in the later missions; you notice at some point she metamorphosed into a praetorian so it was bound to happen.
@@she-venom9842 Both ''Specimen 6'' and ''Drone LV-412'' is confirmed to be a female xenomorph. The reason is, female is always far more intelegence than male counterpart.
Also, both molted into a Queen later on while led their planet. Both Drone LV-412 & Specimen 6 becomes Queen after their original Queen died. The only differences is : Specimen 6 impregnate Elite Yautja while in her standard drone form, while Drone LVL-412 consumed royal jelly and turned into Praetorian while impregnated Berserker/Super Black who slave her race and her Queen.

Emilio Yap actually they can’t see at all, they visualise sounds and track prey through scent, more dangerous prey have a stronger scent they’re also smart enough to know if a creature is sentient or not as seen in films they never try to use a synthetic for breeding purposes

SirHeadless The Secomd Weyland raised 6 and her sisters in holding cells for months before they escaped, in the game shes the smartest out of all the other xenomorphs and is the one that freed the queen and started the outbreak, the Apex Xeno

Rebeca Gadea correcto, no es Wolf, su máscara es muy parecida, pero no es Wolf, además, Wolf murió en la Tierra, no tendría sentido que fuera Wolf en este juego. Puede que la máscara que sale en el juego sea un guiño, pero para mí nunca fue Wolf.

BS!!! A queen has to be born, it has to be a special chestburster (facehugger), like in Ripleys case in Alien 3. It cant morph from a simple drone. Da fuq is this shit?! Maybe a Praetorian can morph from a drone, that makes more sense, because a praetorian is also a "drone" but bigger, stronger and maybe faster. To develop such mass (the queen is monstrously big compared to the praetorian) + the capability of laying eggs from just a drone seems to me like BS! MAYBE from drone to praetorian to queen, but that is just too complicated and I think Alien 3 made it pretty clear.
