So good to have somatic tools that do not include breathing as we are in a time of breath potentially being an influenza spreader. Adds to my somatic repertoire for for telebehavioral health.
I really enjoy discovering these short exercises... and making these videos so we can all return to them to redo the exercises and get the benefits they bring in to our daily life. The explanations of them round out the experience.
