I have tried a zillion things. The single things that actually worked in my case: A nutritious diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body at least for 25 minutes, eating right, using quality shampoo as well as oil. I use just liittlleextra cocconion hair oil shampoo set for this purpose plus it does the job. The hairfall got under control with it.

As per my personal experience, using henna regularly makes hair rough, the henna particles sits into the hair strands, just the way keratin sits in......... But again, even in case of keratin its about the external look that we get from breaking the bonds between the keratin fibres .. keratin actually is made internally from the protein we eat through catabolism and the guts has a role in the synthesis I think

Dr,I used both coconut and mustard oil adding funegreek powder,curry patta,amla,shikakai and ridgegourd, it's really very good 👍my hair stop falling, it's soft and shine and the best thing is that it reduced my grey hair (4yrs back I stop using hair dye and my hair is completely grey) but now after using this oil 60p.c of my hair are black again,I suggest my oil to all my friends and I started earning also from this oil 🤣🤣The youth especially are very happy with this oil.
