- In this video, I'll go over my thoughts on how DIY painters may go about buying supplies.

They have been a massive help to us providing paint when we ran out of tinters. So I decided to pick a fastmover sprygun to see what they like compared to my usual guns

Thanks John 🤘
Hey Paul, just shared this video in all the Facebook groups I'm in, hope it helps mate👍👍
@JohnWD40TC02 thanks mate I really appreciate your support 👍
No problem mate, you deserve more views and subs for all you do on here.
Really enjoyed that mate... keep them coming 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank mate really appreciate it. I'm gonna start doing more premiere chats too so feel free to jump in
Great Job mate.
Thanks really appreciate it 👍
Scary using a gun cheap gun , i,ve used them in the past and they work well when they're new but completely f**k up shortly there after. Ideal for a weekend Hero . Iv'e invested 4k into guns (obsession) but its the user and experinance that makes a gun work well . Great vid 👍👍👍
Yea I guess we will see how long this one lasts. I try not to look at new guns, or I end up buying them with no real need 😆
Hey Paul, really enjoyed the video and live chat last night I hope you had the views you were hoping for and it all went as expected, well apart from me giving Tony some grief but not as much as I would on his channel so I was being good😇 honest🤥😁
From what I could see the gun seemed to do good job on the base and clear, there may have been a little bit more peel than you would have liked but that would improve the more you get used to the gun, I think it's perfect for the DIY/Hobby painter like me but I've got way to many guns than is healthy for me🙄😂
Hey John I really enjoyed the chat last night is was pretty funny I enjoyed the banter particularly Tony saying "here we go then".
I agree it's a good beginner gun, and I think it will last long enough for a beginner to figure out if they want to get expensive guns lol
P.s I'm looking at a new gun now.
Ah so which gun are you looking at Paul, Sata X5500 or the WS400 Series2 I really like my WS Series2 1.3HD but bear in mind that it's not a fast gun, best to get a demo first👍👍
@JohnWD40TC02 alright mate, I'm looking at Sata X5500. But also 1500 SoLv gun. I was thinking that the 1500 solv could be a good base gun for you. The rp version only needs 10cfm.
The Sata X5500 is a really nice gun, I forgot about the 1500 as you say the air usage isn't to bad neither is the price it looks like my 100B probably the same body.
Have you thought about the Fuji MP-V8 I really like mine plus Tony highly rates it.
@JohnWD40TC02 to be honest, I think the fuji is a lot of money for a brand not many people have heard of.
I might have to sell all my walcoms and buy Sata's lol
Nice job
Thanks 🤘 really appreciate it
Il be here 😊
Awesome, thanks mate
So will I, my aim in life is to give Tony as much grief as I can😁

How is the gun still going mate i just ordered one. And could you primer with it as well as base and clear thanks
Sorry for the delay, yea it still works great 👍🏻 how are you getting on with yours?
Just purchased this gun 1.3...just a DIY job....what pressure you been using for base coat and clear? I have a FLG5 1.3 to...,which one would you use for base and clear of the two guns? Thank you
Hi, sorry for the delay. How are you getting on with the guns? What has been your preference? I'd probably try them both and whichever had the nicer finish with the clear coat I would keep as the clear gun. Thanks
Hi Paul. What air filter you use on belt?
Thanks
It's the Sata vision 2000 it's an activated charcoal filter.
I just used a £9.99 mini special off eBay to do a roll cage 😂
Perfect, they do the job. 👍
@@paulphillipspaintwork looking forward to this one Paul 👍🏻
@@JF-bk5sp I think it's a good one 👍
