may be a town in Paraguay (I don't know). But as I understand for the lyrics, it is (also) in which his "sweet love", whom he affectionately calls "Cutanai", was singing when he met her...she sadly sang old melodies in "Guarani"....go the lyrics...whe he first heard her and came to know her.
