    A 'supermajority' is meaningless in UK politics. You either have a majority, or you don't. If you have a majority, there's nothing you can't do.

    The conservatives 5 years in power 5 priminester s £90000 a year each not bad.if not more. My dad never got to pension age he worked 7 days a week as a bricklayer he died at 49 years old. He always believed in Labour and public services and NHS when he died i found a old giro check he never cashed. He believed in a state that helped the poor. I am now 60 years my self. He would be disappointed in all the government's self seving .

      Ha ha ha, the widest predictions from Reforms poll of 19% says Reform would get at a maximum 7 seats with FPTP. Since that poll, polls are now putting Reform at 14% or less.

      I in many ways agree. I am in my sixties and I think there is huge under estimation of the anger in the younger generations. My daughter is going to vote for the first time and she does not want more of the same. Many of her friends feel the same .

    I hate our electoral system. How can Labour get a super majority on less than 40% of the vote? It’s madness that we’re allowing total power to the big 2 parties on under half the vote. 🤦🏻‍♂️

      Seems you have a very short memory. There was a referendum on a step towards PR during the coalition. It was decisively rejected.

    Vote Reform .... it's not that hard. We know Labour are going to win, but the future is Reform for a better Britain. Starmer is going to 4K the country proper in the years to come, but the Reform UK party will be ready to bring the UK back to where it needs to be.
