It's because this isn't some sort of reality contest show. Rather, Marion shows you how to actually cook. I used to watch the Food Network when David Rosengarten's show "Taste" was airing. Shows like his taught you how to cook. A decade or two later and it was all shows (or at least the majority) where people were running about trying to win some sort of cooking contest. Granted, I haven't watched shows on the Food Network in ages so they might have gone back to their roots (at least somewhat) but these days I find those kinds of useful food skills taught right here on RUclips.
@@thefingerofgod69 I am in total agreement with your statement. I quit watching when Food Network stopped showing real chefs make dishes and teach us how to do things and instead started the stupid reality cooking contests. RUclips is my go to and Marion's Kitchen is one of my go to shows.

I love chicken lemon grass. The lemon grass really make the chicken smell so Asian authentic dish. Looks amazing and delicious! The sauce and the crushy cucumbers. Yummy👌👌👌

Literally THE BEST RECIPE!!! I make up a big batch of your Nuoc Cham recipe and use it as a marinade (sometimes adding lemongrass) and sauce! I usually have the chicken on rice, in a rice noodle salad, or in bahn mi. It’s such a delicious, quick and healthy way to make food you enjoy!!! Thank you Marion for sharing your awesome food! 🥰🙏🏽

lemongrass is such a good flavor. we live on a steady diet of grilled meat served with a green salad or assorted fresh veggies come summertime, and this chicken recipe would be AMAZING for that sort of meal.
I usually don't trust authentic recipes from people not of that ethnicity in which the food is created in. But your recipes all seem very trustworthy, so I definitely trust you.

My veg box comes today & I'd requested lemon grass & sweet chillis, so I'm ready to give this a try. I'll put it on chiffonade cabbage (low carb version).
I also like adding some do chua (pickled daikon radish and carrot) to complete my banh mi style lemongrass chicken bowl. And if I'm trying to lower my carbs, I use lettuce wraps instead of rice.
This was amazingly delicious. 😋 I was a bit worry about the sauce because the vinegar smells pretty strong since I double it but it turn out perfect. Simple is the way to go!
