I once lost my bags, they told us they would deliver them to our hotel in Plymouth, only sisters got delivered
We did manage to get them back

It was same last night
KLM didn't deliver 90 percent of luggage. We lost 1 of them. They said they have no idea where our luggage is. The airport is filled with suitcases. Some had dates of may. Disgrace

I can testify: on 29th June last they "lost" my suitcase from an aer lingus flight and I had to wait 5 days to have it delivered to my temporary address

I flew from germany-denver-texas and the airport didn't have my luggage. What can I do? It is the first time for me to travell by plane. 24 hours have passed. I have left my adress at the airport.
