It's been two weeks since she broke up with me. I started the no contact rule about four days in but my mistake was that I snapchatted alot with her bestfriend because we where good friends. But my ex texted me a long messege telling me to stop texting her friend about her and she got mad and told me if I needed to know something i should contact her. Thank you for the video! I already replied in another video from 1 year ago named: "What your ex is feeling during NO CONTACT", but this is actually what I needed. Because Im at a point where something happened, where the person I love is now taking distance from me, while I tried to as I think in relationships is good to try to talk to grow together. but this person of who'm I only have 4,5 months of relationship (my second one. My first one was 12 years, and very different), is doing these things the opposite from what Im used to. Because Im used to fixing something together and talking. But Im at the point where that person who I love was replying back less and less. And Im really at that point where I cannot pursway that person although I have put every single proper argument and positiveness on the table, but the person only says "I don';t know" and then nothing. I just had enough of him not putting in effort. So I broke it off after I had a really bad panic attack the night before when it all could have been avoided. But he choose to ignore me. Because Im at a point where something happened, where the person I love is now taking distance from me, while I tried to as I think in relationships is good to try to talk to grow together. but this person of who'm I only have 4,5 months of relationship (my second one. My first one was 12 years, and very different), is doing these things the opposite from what Im used to. Because Im used to fixing something together and talking. The thing that still gets me is that I have no explanation of really why she did it? the only thing she said to me is that she lost her self of "self". Which to me does sound like a cop-out but in reality I do believe that some people actually do have that where they are so invested into one thing where they lose the feeling of individuality, but who knows I might be wrong... Ladies, if he is capable of leaving you or breaking up with you in the middle of this never before seen quarantine scenario, then he is a selfish piece of garbage. And what would you call a woman who simply decided she fancied a change after I gave her 17 devoted, faithful years of my life? One who married me after ten of those years??? A woman that's decided she's also taking my home, dog, car and future away from me off the back of an emotional affair she's been cultivating behind my back on her supposed "girls night outs" which I stood by and tolerated for years. A woman who thinks it's ok to go out drinking with her ex's leaving me at home, but still expecting me to come out at 3am in the car to collect her from bars in town? A woman whose education and career I supported at the expense of having one of my own becoming a house husband in the process when I'm a builder by trade. A woman I left my home town for, moving 200 miles away from my family and friends just so she could be near her terminally ill mother who incidentally I helped nurse through her awful terminal cancer right up to her final breath. What would you call her? I've got a few things I could call her but I won't lower the tone of the discussion. I love how you women all act like you're saints when a great many of you are anything but that. I'll not be wasting any more of my days trying to please females after what she's done to me. I'm now 47 years old and have missed any opportunity to be a father as her precious career was far too important for her to have my kids. Although as things stand now I'm sort of glad we didn't have any as I'd hate them to feel what I've been feeling since October last year when she asked me to leave our home. I've been existing day to day in a 10 feet square box room ever since and she's in no hurry to begin divorce proceedings as everything is currently in her favour. Then just to put a big fat cherry on top of the shitcake that is my life, all this China virus BS has delayed me starting my life over for at least another 6 months.

I never said women are perfect while all men are garbage. But I've been suffering too. My boyfriend of 5 years has been giving me the silent treatment for two weeks now, over a stupid fight we had, in which he was disrespectful towards me. We live in different houses, in the same street, and I've been living in his hometown, away from my own family. He knows I'm all alone in this town and not only decides to ghost me, he doesn't even want to talk about what happened or if this is a breakup or not. The Silent Treatment has an effect that is equal to physical pain, so try to put yourself in my shoes and imagine the pain I've been feeling. I feel for you, and I hope from the bottom of my heart that you truly find yourself a good woman who values you. my ex kind of screwed me over. she told me that we were just taking a break and she wanted to keep talking to me and of course, i, the dumbass agreed. for about a month i continued to be friends with her hoping that she’d come back. she would flirt with me and i would flirt back but it would never go anywhere. i still haven’t gotten over her because she keeps giving me hope we’ll get back together. i told her i don’t think it’s good for me to talk to her anymore and that unless she’s ready for a relationship, i would leave her life. she said okay. today is my first day of no contact. i think she’s moved on with her life so i have little hope of getting back together with her. she doesn’t even deserve someone who loves as deeply as me tbh. i’m hoping for the best.
