Hi I just got one of these as a gift. I used the latte one and when I was done i took out the pod and I noticed that there were still coffee grounds in there? Should it be completely empty or does it always have lots of coffee left in it?

What is the little circular thing that's trapped in a bit of the water jug?

Hello sir , i just wanted to clean the machine and start it. The light is on , it doesnt work. Just the orange light is on and goes off after like two minutes. Have i done something wrong ?
Luckily it started. Water is not that hot.
And tried the second time. It doesn't start now.
At the top where the pods sit check there is no fluid on the barcode reader.
I need to get one of theses

I was just going to ask this as well. I like the hot chocolate pods, but only seem to get half a mug. If I press the button again it just makes it very watery 🙁

Hi i have a question i have this machine for some time know snd wen i go to do descheile its drops the water very slowly one drop at a time and i dont know why its very slowly going

@@GrumpyMansREVIEWS yes it only does it when you descheil it it goes very long and slowly on drop at a time it doesn't ran the water as it should normally should I go where I bought it and have them have a look?

So my Tassimo isn't working, the water isn't coming through - any suggestions? I turn it on and it flashes orange for a little but no water comes through and then just turns a stead orange - help!
Have you checked the sensor if it's clean, I showed it in the video?
I have to hold button down or I only get an espresso. Really annoying!

Do you have any ideas please, as I’ve just got a machine… it’s making such small coffees but then if I hold the button then it’s quite watery. Also the drinks are lukewarm and not very hot at all? Thank you for any help
For some reason every Tassimo does that from time to time, small amount. I'm sorry no idea.
Also why you need to descale the machine?
Because blighty water is hard as stones and produces limescale in the internal pipes. Then it don't work. Limescale may be fine on your kettle, but it's much more serious across all expresso machines. As this machines water jug has no filter I'd descale it regularly every two to three weeks.
