I find that with the Kenco flat white coffee you need to put In the coffee first then milk second. You can even check yourself if you don’t believe me.

Thanks for doing your videos. I bought myself the Tassimo Joy while on sale at Argos before Christmas it was a little annoying not to get a full cup then tried pressing button before it stopped brilliant full cup. Favourite as yet is hot chocolate. After watching your video going to try the caramel latte. Thanks again for your videos. Been wondering can the Tassimo machines be use without the brita filter.

It was helpful, though I only drink normal coffee, and my problem was that I wanted to make a large cup, not the little cup that comes out.
However, I think I've worked it out by reading some of the comments below.
I just can't get on with the silly drawings that now pass for instructions.
