One of the biggest mistakes you can make inside your business is to take your foot off the gas.
This is far too common with so many agency owners when they first achieve some sort of decent success.
You pick up a few clients, start making some decent money & then start to slow down as you assume you’ve earned the right to do so.
The truth of the matter is that taking your foot off the gas is the LAST thing you want to do.
Most clients won’t stay with you forever & as a result, you MUST keep your foot on the gas & keep that pipeline full.
If you ever wanted to slow down, you NEED to build systems which will allow YOU to take a step back whilst your business continues to operate at high intensity.
In this video, I share how I personally lost all my clients by simply taking my foot off the gas & how you can avoid making the same mistake.
I hope you find it helpful. If you do, consider subscribing :)
Thanks,
Charlie

Great vieo Charlie! This is exactly what happened to me with my ecom business. Time to hit the gas again

First, love the content bro
Hey All! I am at the stage of getting my first clients, and I am searching for another person who genuinely wants to develop its agency ( and is at a similar level as mine or better ofc ) to exchange ideas, push each other for better results by just simply communicate between each other ( whether in the form of calls, messaging, whatever, what suits best)- then reply to this message and we will figure out a way to contact later on.
Well, this is not some fuckin boss-employee conversation style to make a report from the day. NOT AT ALL
The point is to have an easy-going/chill talk about what to do better, and in which field there is room for improvement.
If you are someone like that and also feel like talking to someone might be helpful - again replay to this message
Mike
Let’s talk. I’m in the same boat as you

What’s the best area to focus on for outreach with plumbers?
Bro don’t do just plumbers… do trades in general. Plumbers, electricians, carpenters.
Cold calling is probably one of the best. I can’t imagine they spend much time on social media
@@brunoerckmam5070 what do you think about chiro ads x highlevel crm as a tool?
@@kelvikuqi6833 the Thomas Gonnet model… don’t really have much of an opinion
Never found a plumber who was short of work. Tried once year's ago, never wasted my time again.
@@FreshfrogmarketingUk yk that might be the issue because I cold call and dm sooooo much but every time they say they already have enough work I think I might need to switch neches
