Focus on one and he said his boss told him not to be silo when it came to being good at customer service he wanted him to have knowledge about everything revolving that business.

Blackberry’s problem was actually that they offered too much value. Apple played the capitalism game better. Blackberry made devices for productivity and privacy. Apple made devices for entertainment that were addictive. All the smartphones we use now are based off the iphone not because this model is more valuable but because it’s more addictive. Many people miss blackberrys and begged for them not to be taken off the market.
