Jah I think the internet, especially some RUclipsrs, has made it seem like it is easy to make money from side hustles and that it can happen fast, both which are unlikely. People who are desperate then fall for scams, so I am trying to show a more realistic example of what it takes to build a business from the ground up.

Hey Sibu. It depends. If you register a PTY Ltd company, you can write off some business expenses to lower your tax threshold. If you are a sole proprietor, you can still write off some expenses, albeit less. The rest of the profits are added to your personal income amd taxed according to your marginal tax rate

Jip, you need to pay taxes on all income, but luckily there are also some business expenses I can write off to lower my tax liability :)
