I’ll do my skincare routine and then step outside to my backyard and drink my coffee to relax BEFORE starting to work. However I am at fault at multitasking. This is more so because of my adhd but ever since I started taking medication I have seen an improvement on focusing on one task at a time and actually finish each task. It’s easy to get distracted & overwhelmed with the kids at home so I definitely try to take care of my mental health by doing some type of healthy physical like a fun workout. Thank you for your tips, they are very helpful.
if anyone needs some motivation, start right now because if u don’t, a year from now u would’ve wished u started earlier. do it so your future self will thank u!!
