Overnight Sourdough Carrot Cake for Spring!
This recipe is adapted from a recipe my mom used to make for my brother's birthday every year. It might have been in the Betty Crocker Cookbook as she used that on often.
While the Cake recipe has been completely changed, I held onto this lime infused cream cheese frosting because it's so perfect. Everyone I've shared this with has loved it!
