I think the story continues as while in the car with William and Catherine, Meghan then demanded that both the women should exit the car and walk together. No comment from Catherine and as we saw she got out, she went straight over to William and Meghan was left behind alone floundering at the car not knowing how to behave, fully expecting Catherine to go along with her scheme. Meghan is always dumbfounded when people don't pander to her whims. Nevermind, as reported by many witnesses Meghan appeared to have had gotten into some dutch courage and ciggies before hand and reeked.
