Fuck the Premier league and sky, if they want to stop people illegally streaming football then give us every match for our team! Other countries can stream every match so us brits demand the same or we will carry on paying for iptv! This is our country our teams and we should be put above other countries! I wont stop and no amount of scaremongering will make me.
Same with UFC in the US. UK gets PPV on BT for free. US has to pay $100 per event. It is ridiculous.

I remember when I lived in the US you could watch any premier league game. Can’t understand why games are missing in the UK. I’m out in Spain now and with DAZN they stream every premier league game for 17 quid a month, with free UFC, Boxing and F1. If they aren’t fair to the fans they will continue to stream something illegal. Can’t blame them.

If Sky or TNT decided to provide a service in which you can subscribe to your team that you support which included all of the home and away games no matter what time it kicked off then I'm sure people would love this option.

WTF as a side issue Netflix in India is literally 10.00 for the year. So Netflix, Sky, TNT are literally ripping us off. And how come Benin, ESPN etc all stream 3pm kick offs. What is that all about
It's now getting very hard to find working streams of premier league matches online. None of the streams on the usual sites were working last Saturday. Even the live broadcast feeds on twitter got taken down about 70 mins in.
The prices of all these legitimate steamers is continually going up. Now they are forcing ads. Piracy will be ripe once again. They never learn!!!!

Lived in Turkey for 10 years and watched loads of Premiership football for no charge yet, once in the UK need to purchase a TV licence and subscribe to a service provider. Sounds stupid doesn’t it? I think they have their priorities wrong
You only need a BBC TV LICENCE if your watching BBC iplayer or live TV..

For those who may not know, the 3pm ban of matches on TV stems back to the 1960's. Burnley's chairman at the time said he didn't want matches shown as it would affect attendances and no one would go to the games. So (I think) the FA and the broadcasting authority created a rule/law stating that no football could be shown in UK TV between 2:45pm and 5:15pm on a Saturday with the exception of the FA Cup Final, World Cup games or other games of importance. It needs to be scrapped, Sky/TNT/Amazon could then show those games and the stadiums will still get the fans in!

Football teams should be able to sell tv season tickets for both home and away matches to be shown live at home. Fans would pay for this. Also pubs would buy if it was available.

Well that's because of the backlogs in the British legal system! At 2:41 you say "the broadcasting companies are to blame". I would say "yes and no" to that. They are to blame because of how much they (and the Premier League) charge to watch football on TV, but they're not to blame for the ban on 3pm games. That's a law to ecourage people to buy tickets to local football matches at grassroots level.

any uk broadcaster are us off - this is why we use them - cant afford 80 quid a month , or cant even watch my own team with tickets being sold out on nearly every home game an away cant register as im not a season ticket holder
Tbh I hear some people from Pakistan are selling it which is why they find it hard to crack down on it as UK authorities will need to travel to Pakistan then find them so good luck with that but yeah it's quite impossible to do so.

It's already been ruled on in court that charges for 'end users' is unenforceable as they can't prove who was sitting in front of a TV at such & such a time on such & such a day, can't be done simple as. If you sell it you run the risk of courts etc & that's the risk they take but as long as these streaming services & live soccer broadcasters to rip folk off for huge sums of money then folk will find a way around it & more power to them
