My heart rate was so elevated due to those short 15 second rest. Caroline is a machine! That was extremely intense! Those drop sets made me drop to the floor a few times….Holy moly! Tough but fantastic workout as always. Loved it! 💖💖💖
It seems a long time since we last did drop sets! This workout just looks so interesting to do....I love the idea of increasing the range of motion and dropping weight! As we all know when you drop to bodyweight it doesn’t get easy! I love it that we have a calf sequence at the end! Running out of things to say, it's same old every day 😂 Epic III has been phenomenal. Loving every single session. So many I want to do again...but impossible with all the new ones coming out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 18 months consistent training with you. Never in my life have I committed to something that much, my gym visits would be sporadic, Trying different things here and there. Enjoying this as much as the very first week ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Who else can feel their upper body after yesterday's intense session? Dropsets today so it will be our lower bodies feeling it tomorrow but what better way is there to work the legs hard…you think it will get easier but actually it doesn't as your muscles tire due to time under tension…the 2nd & 3rd exercise will become increasingly more challenging in different ways! It looks like a great, solid leg day…let's smash it and feel EPIC 💙

Good morning Devansh. After upperbody season I have added some pull-up today my complete upperbody is sore. Just now finished leg day I can't hold my dumbles in shoulder for long because of back soreness. Today is another killer leg day. Have great workout Devansh. Happy Diwali Devansh.
Just finished with the workout….that was FIRE 🔥 Pushing through the pain physically, convincing the mind that I can can DO IT..drenched in sweat with my legs burning, I can probably say I smashed this one with 15kgs. I went at a slower pace, took my time, pauses were a necessity but I so loved it…this along with the very first day of EPIC III is my favourite. It never gets easier, does it? And I guess that’s one of the many reasons I really enjoy training with Caroline. Lately I’m loving the colour combinations, the shoes…basically everything!! Thank you so much Caroline….this was PERFECT in every way & I love leg days, haahaa 😈 Gonna take some time to recover for what’s to come on Friday, I know it won’t be easy…GIANT SETS…looking forward to it. Morning everybody, I don’t know why but this was so tough for me today. I have really tried to increase my weights. I think yesterday upper body workout with the increase in weights really hit me. I just struggled overall. The beauty of it is I don’t look at things the way that I used to. I would often feel if I didn’t do it perfectly I failed. Today I have a different outlook on working out and my body entirely. Thank you Caroline for changing my perspective. It’s been an honor to have you in my home every morning through this entire journey.

There are so many different techniques in this drop set workout. Range if movement, weighted, bodyweight only lots of elements to keep us on our toes and build our leg muscles. This is definitely going to be a destroyer of a leg day. Once again Caroline has excelled in her creativity to bring us another awesome leg routine. Time to rise and smile 😊👍👋.

I have been randomly picking sessions until Caroline comes out with another new program. Did this today for 2nd time and OMG!!! Used 30s and 25s. The 10 sec rest is brutal. Legs destroyed!!! 🤣
I'm so high on energy and excited and so pumped right when week 9 started! Love leg days, trying to go as intense as possible to just feel the heat in the last 2 weeks.. made more progress in Epic 3 more than any other Epic program especially in mental health aspects ( physical as well ofc) Edit: Happy Diwali everyone!

OMG… I had my 5kg vest on for the entire time, so for me body weight is my body and my vest.😅🥵 Those half, 1,5 and full range reps were hard, as we always had two dumbells on! Phew! As always so nicely put together, with half reps and drop sets. Brilliant! Thank you Caroline! ❤️

Did anyone else have to pause with the lunge holds right at the beginning? I felt awful that I had to take breaks already, but my legs seemed so fatigued. I was fine with the rest of the workout. This is a real destroyer...after yesterday's challenging arm session today my legs will b happily destroyed... 😀 What a wonderful drop set work out!!! Really feeling elated that I came this far. This is so challenging. The lunge holds remind me of the isometric and dynamic leg day....so so tough...I felt it at that time and I'm sure I'll feel it again and really drop sets sound easy but when we do it we have actually performed the more intense moves earlier so basically exhausted. Reminds me of the downhill movement of the pyramid training... however this is tougher. But whatever it is there's nothing stopping me now...Let's take the challenge and give it our all 👍❤️
I think this one was the hardest leg workout I've done and I've completed, The EndGame, Heat, Iron Series and BeatMode. I think it was switching sides every exercise that did me in!!!
I really struggled to keep up today. I felt like I couldn't quite catch my breath most of the time and I paused a lot - it took me bout an hour with warmup. I did, however, also start incorporating my own 12.5kg weights and, even though I got confused during some intervals or only used one weight from time to time, I finished and that feels like quite a big victory today. This programme has been pretty intense. I've been put through my paces and then some. I'm kind of looking forward to being done with EPIC III, but I also kind of want to know how much further my body can go. But I gues that will be EPIC Endgame's revelation. And then I'll probably just start repeating the previous EPICs because training like this is fun😁 Thanks for another thorough and thrilling session, C. Much love from South Africa

Done with 12.5kg dumbbells… that was really tough! Probably the hardest part was the 1/2 heel elevated squats with TWO dumbbells; it was just a bit too much for my poor quads! 🔥 I’m probably going to take the next two days off in preparation for what Caroline has in store for us on Monday the 4th 😊
Legs destroyed🥵 but yet feeling amazing having completed it!🙌🏻 Wow-za!😅🤩 Definitely one of the hardest leg days we've done!! That was intense from start to finish. Thanks for the encouragement during Caroline..I needed it!! Mentally challenging as well as physical. My legs wanted to give up hope so many times😂. Nice choice of exercises and ways of dropping the sets. I almost couldn't stand back up by the end of those 1 1/2 heel elevated squats🥵😅. My legs were shutting off! Lol! The calf sequence was a real burner and I willed my way through the finisher and hung on! 👊🏻 My favorites were the rear step lunges, RDLs and heel elevated with pause. Hit this one after a week vacation and then a week being sick. Omg I have some work to do to get back to it. Not discouraged just knew my limits and that I need to build back the gains. Had to drop weight at times and stop altogether once but I made it through, my legs are tingling, I worked up a sweat and in spite of the setbacks I feel good. Thanks Caroline!

Peach, forget about the title. It is intense and challenging but such fun as you drop to one dumbell and bodyweight after each exercise. You do at your own pace. It will burn but you will love the format. Give it a blast. You go girl💪🔥🔥

I was feeling cold when I started. Now I'm dripping in sweat. On the one hand, it's not as difficult as some of Caroline's workouts. On the other hand, it is super sweaty. 2023, 9 kgs.
This week was fantastic! I didn’t get a chance to comment and complement you Caroline, but each workout was quite versatile and fun! I enjoyed myself very much. Glutes day was not just about thrusts! Loved the spectacular array of moves. Arms day was just nuts, all the pauses made things burn that much more! I had to lower to 12.5 kg for the presses as I couldn’t lift 15 KG above my head😵💫.. Lastly today burnt ina nice way.. I either had alot in mind to think of or this went by fast! Can’t wait for Friday!

My heart rate was so elevated due to those short 15 second rest. Caroline is a machine! That was extremely intense! Those drop sets made me drop to the floor a few times….Holy moly! Tough but fantastic workout as always. Loved it! 💖💖💖

Running out of things to say, it's same old every day 😂 Epic III has been phenomenal. Loving every single session. So many I want to do again...but impossible with all the new ones coming out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 18 months consistent training with you. Never in my life have I committed to something that much, my gym visits would be sporadic, Trying different things here and there. Enjoying this as much as the very first week ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Who else can feel their upper body after yesterday's intense session? Dropsets today so it will be our lower bodies feeling it tomorrow but what better way is there to work the legs hard…you think it will get easier but actually it doesn't as your muscles tire due to time under tension…the 2nd & 3rd exercise will become increasingly more challenging in different ways! It looks like a great, solid leg day…let's smash it and feel EPIC 💙

Just finished with the workout….that was FIRE 🔥 Pushing through the pain physically, convincing the mind that I can can DO IT..drenched in sweat with my legs burning, I can probably say I smashed this one with 15kgs. I went at a slower pace, took my time, pauses were a necessity but I so loved it…this along with the very first day of EPIC III is my favourite. It never gets easier, does it? And I guess that’s one of the many reasons I really enjoy training with Caroline. Lately I’m loving the colour combinations, the shoes…basically everything!! Thank you so much Caroline….this was PERFECT in every way & I love leg days, haahaa 😈 Gonna take some time to recover for what’s to come on Friday, I know it won’t be easy…GIANT SETS…looking forward to it. I have just finished! The drop sets are so interesting to do...and some of the moves are just so hard! It certainly doesn’t feel easier by the last round of the exercise! Morning everybody, I don’t know why but this was so tough for me today. I have really tried to increase my weights. I think yesterday upper body workout with the increase in weights really hit me. I just struggled overall. The beauty of it is I don’t look at things the way that I used to. I would often feel if I didn’t do it perfectly I failed. Today I have a different outlook on working out and my body entirely. Thank you Caroline for changing my perspective. It’s been an honor to have you in my home every morning through this entire journey.

There are so many different techniques in this drop set workout. Range if movement, weighted, bodyweight only lots of elements to keep us on our toes and build our leg muscles.
This is definitely going to be a destroyer of a leg day. Once again Caroline has excelled in her creativity to bring us another awesome leg routine. Time to rise and smile 😊👍👋.

OMG… I had my 5kg vest on for the entire time, so for me body weight is my body and my vest.😅🥵 Those half, 1,5 and full range reps were hard, as we always had two dumbells on! Phew! As always so nicely put together, with half reps and drop sets. Brilliant! Thank you Caroline! ❤️

This is a real destroyer...after yesterday's challenging arm session today my legs will b happily destroyed... 😀 What a wonderful drop set work out!!! Really feeling elated that I came this far. This is so challenging. The lunge holds remind me of the isometric and dynamic leg day....so so tough...I felt it at that time and I'm sure I'll feel it again and really drop sets sound easy but when we do it we have actually performed the more intense moves earlier so basically exhausted. Reminds me of the downhill movement of the pyramid training... however this is tougher. But whatever it is there's nothing stopping me now...Let's take the challenge and give it our all 👍❤️

I think this one was the hardest leg workout I've done and I've completed, The EndGame, Heat, Iron Series and BeatMode. I think it was switching sides every exercise that did me in!!!

I really struggled to keep up today. I felt like I couldn't quite catch my breath most of the time and I paused a lot - it took me bout an hour with warmup.
I did, however, also start incorporating my own 12.5kg weights and, even though I got confused during some intervals or only used one weight from time to time, I finished and that feels like quite a big victory today.
This programme has been pretty intense. I've been put through my paces and then some. I'm kind of looking forward to being done with EPIC III, but I also kind of want to know how much further my body can go. But I gues that will be EPIC Endgame's revelation. And then I'll probably just start repeating the previous EPICs because training like this is fun😁

Done with 12.5kg dumbbells… that was really tough! Probably the hardest part was the 1/2 heel elevated squats with TWO dumbbells; it was just a bit too much for my poor quads! 🔥
I’m probably going to take the next two days off in preparation for what Caroline has in store for us on Monday the 4th 😊

Nice choice of exercises and ways of dropping the sets. I almost couldn't stand back up by the end of those 1 1/2 heel elevated squats🥵😅. My legs were shutting off! Lol! The calf sequence was a real burner and I willed my way through the finisher and hung on! 👊🏻 My favorites were the rear step lunges, RDLs and heel elevated with pause. Finished. Struggled mentally today. Can't say leg day is my favorite, but fortunately, Caroline's creative workouts keep them interesting! Used 2x20 lb dumbbells.

Hit this one after a week vacation and then a week being sick. Omg I have some work to do to get back to it. Not discouraged just knew my limits and that I need to build back the gains. Had to drop weight at times and stop altogether once but I made it through, my legs are tingling, I worked up a sweat and in spite of the setbacks I feel good. Thanks Caroline!

Waaahhh! 7 more days .. I can't believe 50 workouts almost done! And I think I will be ALL DONE FOR after this workout! I am just looking at the list and it will be another powerful LEG day! Caroline does not disappoint, it gets better and better as we reach the end!. Let's do this!
Peach, forget about the title. It is intense and challenging but such fun as you drop to one dumbell and bodyweight after each exercise. You do at your own pace. It will burn but you will love the format. Give it a blast. You go girl💪🔥🔥

I really didn't have the motivation when I woke this morning for this session but I've just finished stretching off and FEELING GREAT! Great variety and oh my, what a finish. My calves are on 🔥. Ready to face the days now 🦵

I was skeptical whether I would be able to complete today’s workout, it is quite a challenge, I switched back and forth from 20 to 15 pounds, but I did it. It is a great feeling after all. Thank you Caroline !! 🙏💕💕
I was feeling cold when I started. Now I'm dripping in sweat. On the one hand, it's not as difficult as some of Caroline's workouts. On the other hand, it is super sweaty. 2023, 9 kgs.

I didn’t get a chance to comment and complement you Caroline, but each workout was quite versatile and fun!
I enjoyed myself very much.
Glutes day was not just about thrusts! Loved the spectacular array of moves.
Arms day was just nuts, all the pauses made things burn that much more! I had to lower to 12.5 kg for the presses as I couldn’t lift 15 KG above my head😵💫..
Lastly today burnt ina nice way.. I either had alot in mind to think of or this went by fast!
Can’t wait for Friday!

I felt it 💯! ❤️ Those lunge holds and pulses killed, my calves really appreciated the burn and the finisher inflicted even more pain! 😆🔥 Thank you for the add-on ... did it straight after finishing the main workout and my abs are done! The title always puts a smile on my face! 😉❤️
Morning dear and huge well don as this legs workout was super intense wow 🤩 I used my 15 and 10 ouch it was painful but I am so glad I pushed myself today and loved the abs afterwards 😊

Morning Monika..wasn’t thus a brilliant intense leg workout but so interesting to do! Superb planning from Caroline! I managed to do it all with 12.5 kg which I was pleased with...as you say some of the exercises were just so hard! Then like you I did abs add on! I had forgotten what an intense burner this little workout is! Those sequences of leg lowers in the middle...they burn! Have a lovely day...it’s cold, frosty and sunny here! Matthew

Such a great burner! Those lunge holds & pulses were definitely challenging! LOVED the calf sequence -- one of the best calf burns I can recall!
Enjoyed this a second time! Definitely a struggle not to involve my lower back with those lunges. But really felt the burn on the curtsy to squat! And that finisher!
15 seconds rest is a killer.
One of the hardest leg workout ever. I don't have 12,5kg so I mixed 15kg and 10kg.
Really struggled with this work out today - feeling ready for a rest day! The fatigue hit me half way through and I had to drop my weights right down. Its been another huge week of awesome training thanks Caroline!
