I know this because Barbershop 3 had the late Auntie Fee (who has a role in the movie) do this and there's a video on her RUclips channel of her recording her lines without the swearing in the one scene she's in where she does swear. I guess the actual filmmakers didn't think to do that with this movie.

Yeah I agree with all this. Same complaints I had about every movie except State Property.....never watched it, I knew that was going to be garbage without ever seeing it.
I think Baby Boy was REAL and I hated because everybody in the movie reminded me of ALL the black people I knew that I couldnt stand and the fact that people LOVED the movie made me hate them even more.

Belly was a HORRIBLE movie BUT I understand its popularity. Its a beautiful movie to watch. Its a Barbershop Movie, its a poker movie, its a working on the car in the garage movie....when just need some sh*t on in the background that nobody is paying attention two, and then you look up and look at one of the shoot outs, or you wanna watch the chicl with the big glittery Ass slow motion walk down the hallway....and then get back to what you're doing....yeah, its the perfect movie for that.

I’ve heard stories about these filming sets how they hired barbers to cut actors hair and it looked like the barber didn’t care about giving each actor a good hair cut they was just in for a check. Or the producer hired him or her because they was cheap.
