- 🟢材料:
豬腩肉 250克
泡菜 120克
鹽 1/4 茶匙
糖1/2 茶匙
薑、蒜 、蔥 、油 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 豬腩肉洗淨切件備用。
2️⃣ 熱鑊下油,加入薑和蒜爆香。加入豬腩肉爆炒,加入半杯熱水將豬肉煮熟。
3️⃣ 加入泡菜拌炒,試味加入1/4茶匙茶鹽和1/2 茶匙糖調味,加入蔥段翻炒均勻即可。
🟢Ingredients:
Pork belly - 250g
Kimchi - 120g
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger, garlic, spring onion, oil - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and slice the pork belly.
2️⃣ Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the pork belly and stir-fry , then add half a cup of hot water and continue to cook until the meat is cooked.
3️⃣ Add the kimchi and stir-fry. Season with 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of sugar to taste. Add spring onions and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
