Thank you for your kindness suggestion!🌹 Here is the recipe of this video : Ingredients: Pork belly 700 grams Ginger -- moderate amount Garlic cloves -- moderate amount Garlic sprouts -- moderate amount Chili pepper -- moderate amount Rock sugar -- moderate amount Seasonings: Sichuan pepper Star anise Cinnamon Bay leaves Steps: Blanch pork belly with moderate amount of ginger, spring onions, and Shaoxing wine for 15 minutes, Wash and cut the pork belly into thick parts, Pan-fry the pork belly to golden colour on both sides, Scoop out any excess oil, Add in the seasonings, moderate amount of ginger slices and garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of Shaoxing wine, moderate amount of rock sugar, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and moderate amount of salt, Pour in hot water to cover the pork belly, Simmer for 1 hour at low heat, Add in garlic sprouts and chili pepper and stir-fry to cooked to serve.
Pork belly can also use for roast pork Chinese style the techniques of this braise pork required quite few steps as video show the concepts of this dish the flavors come form Ginger wine soy sauce as well other ingredients the first half ingredients is for smell and aroma fallow by taste so when combined those together it will transform flavors taste
the ingredients are : pork belly 700g, Some spices Sichuan pepper, anise, cinnamon and bay leaves, some cloves of garlic and ginger, some garlic sprouts , you may add chili pepper if prefer. 這隻是不銹鋼鑊, 我都是照一般人咁炒菜, 冇特別用甚麼方法令它不黐底, 很多中式廚師會炒菜時先下油"long"一次鑊, 倒出油後, 再下油炒菜, 這樣就不會黐底.🌻
