    I suffered severe trauma several years ago as a teenage. Was actually addicted to Crack. Spent my whole life fighting Crack addiction. Also suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

      Congrats on your recovery. Most persons never realizes psilocybin can be used as a miracle medication to save lives. Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death bud, lets be honest here.

      @FrankMorrison-vu2kc Месяц назад

      From my experience it really works excellently! It doesnt even need to be a full hit. With potent shrooms 2-3 small ones will still make a clear difference. It will be a few hour cosy rumbling moment around rest time, but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different dudes, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later,

    Reading many negative comments, but I’m going to try anything healthy I can, to kick this unhealthy 7 year habit!
    I guess we get to pick our pain, staying high would be easier choice, but it causes more pain, shame, guilt, and depression that I’ve ever known! it’s not helping me or serving me in any damn way! So I’ll pick the more difficult pain ahead and try to exercise to release the chemicals in my brain that will be deficient when I give the poison up tomorrow! Nothing good in life ever comes easy, so I pray that I can trust the process, and enjoy the climb out of this horrible place I’ve stuck myself in for far to long! I’m scared as hell, but we were all made to do hard things! That includes me, and I’ll call on my maker to guide me and help me out of this toxic addiction.
    To all of you have that have climbed out, your comments have inspired me, thank you! Keep up the great work, you’re worth it! God bless!

Restless legs don't exist on this med, but cold sweat you go through, you can sleep, but after extended sleep, you just ly there, your awake, but not tormented just worn out, if you can put up with sluggish couple days, energy returns. But once you feel good you need to fight the urge to use over boredom & lack of euphoric feeling, remember you'll get back to normal in 5_10 days, & weening off the Kadian is no problem, I've done it several times, yet I went back. I use 1 point a day, & feel annoyed to admit that. It's all in our heads, we can beat the drug.

    Day 1 off Sub. I actually got a little bit excited when I heard the pain tolerance increase from exercise, that is the one thing that I think I allow myself to fear the most when attempting to get off Suboxone or opiates. The pain can seem unbearable, though I don’t know if that is the case, and in this particular situation, I am challenging myself to believe that it is possible. I know that I can, and will do it. As ““ painful as the first couple steps or reps are, I realize that they will provide relief in the moment. I’m not sure how many moments. I am going to be challenged to get through though I know that I can do it.

      @@SB-tj3qp in regards to substance abuse, we never truly “recover” as I have to do things everyday to keep my “disease” in remission. There is research that supports the finding that exercise and physical activity is beneficial to people in recovery. I’m in the gym everyday. I can tell I am “hooked” on it. I do resistance training, light cardio (use of a treadmill), and HIIT. I’m adding martial arts classes as well. It’s takes about 90 days to “wire” a habit into your brain. As an addict/alcoholic, I gotta stay busy and replace old habits with new ones. I also eat healthy and quit smoking. It does take discipline and dedication. You kinda gotta get obsessed with improving your life. It’s a slow transition. I will be stay in the gym until I can’t anymore. I even have a job at one and I’m studying to become a personal trainer. I’m 48 now and still I can tell that I am stronger, leaner, and slowly even building some muscle. I’d recommend weight training for anyone in recovery. It’s a lifestyle. Lift hard and fast enough and you will get a “buzz” as your body will release dopamine and endorphins (kinda like the “runners high”). You will look better and feel better at any age or fitness level. Commitment and dedication is the key. Beginning with any physical activity or exercise of your liking will do. I think once a pattern is established, it’s normal to want to build upon it and push harder or fly higher. Even if you commit to a short walk outside everyday, I think you will start to notice a difference in as little as two weeks. If you can afford a gym membership (especially a gym with personal trainers), I would jump on it. It’s an investment in yourself. It certainly beats getting drunk or loaded all the time. My addiction almost killed me. I hope serenity finds you brother, you deserve it.

I would use untill i literally couldnt buy anymore every single dollar i had would go to drugs. Ive stopped the everyday thing and worked to a time period of between a week or 2 but as soon as i get a chance i relapse and become completely consumed. I go till i just cant buy anymore. I feel pretty weak everytime. i wonder if ill ever truly stop. Its like part of me just doesnt want to nd when i let that take over i cant take back control. In a very real way im not seeing any progress. Im still doing exactly what i used to just less frequently. Believe me I know how that feels. My husband died and i started shooting speed every day for the next 5 years... Ive been sober for 6 months now and its hard asf. Amphetamines hijack the DA system and shut down DA receptors like nothing else. My baseline levels have dropped so low i basically couldnt move the first 2 months. Dopamine isnt actually a "reward" neurotransmitter, its moreso the bodies motivation/drive chemical. It also regulates motoneurons and muscle movement(plus so much more). I cant put into words how hard it is to do ANYTHING. Its not that I don't want to, but my brain and body's physiology is so fucked up. I have horrible RLS now, all night and insomnia which means im not just devoid of motivation, im also exhausted all time. I got better sleep when i was mainlining meth every day lol(its funny cuz its true). The ONE thing that kind of helps any of this is exercise. I literally force myself to hike 3-5 miles every day no matter how awful i feel(which is every fucking day fyi). I started out just doing 1-2 miles and worked up. Im not gonna lie, its very slow, tedious progress...BUT it helps more than anything else. As stupid as this sounds, using a pedometer on my phone...one that has little goals and checkpoints has been very effective. Keeping track and visually seeing daily progress helps heal and naturally activate whatever broken ass, damaged reward system I still have left. I just hope my receptors fully recover...I definitely recommend this for anyone trying to stay clean.
      Idk how long it'll take to get back to normal...frankly i dont even remember what normal feels like, but i know it'll happen one day if i just keep going. Excerise is the best tool available...my brain and body DESERVE to be healthy again.( And to anyone who reads this novel I just wrote, So do yours) good luck💚

    Hi everyone just found this video after some soul searching, and in realisation I need to fix this broken record I call life! I’m fed up of beating myself up and being held captive in my own mind!
    I intend on coming back strong next year because I fear I may not come back at all if I don’t (really getting there at this point) has anybody succeeded with this method?
    I fear at 30 it’s now or never and if I don’t change my situation soon, I’ll head for the easy way out I’ve thought about it for 2 years now promising myself I’d change but promises dont mean much round here..
    I earn decent money when I work but spend it all on coke and weed and I can feel my brain rot, I feel like a burden to everyone I just need some lived experience advice the doctors been no help I called for help and haven’t had much feedback or guidance.

      The withdrawals from alcohol are horrendus. I ended up hallucinating when I quit on my own. I keep.relapaing to keep the withdrawals at bay cause I also had a seizure. No more alchol, I'm on day too and I honestly take 15 minutes by minutes entertaining my brain to not crave that poisin. Is a painful process but it will pass. You can do it. Say a prayer, that has helped mena lot. Rest your body and eat when you can and drink lots of fluids. Like water with lemon. I've tried everything and once I get passed the 1st week and a half just don't look back and train your brain to stop the craving but watching funny videos or go for a walk, read a book. Something to keep.your mind off the cravings. Whatever you do DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF. Sorround yourself.with good people.

      Exercise alone is certainly not a complete solution to recovery. However it is a key component when it comes to addressing the biology. It is one element of 8 that we use to address the biological, psychological and sociological effects of addiction. The reality is our program is very effective, but it’s a full time job for 5 months. Recovery is hard work, it comes with difficulties but it’s worth it. You can get through it!

      @@small_fries7573 it’s especially hard to bring ministry to anyone in the LGBTQ community, anyone in that community or people that have friends in that community are almost impossible to minister to. I had a girlfriend once that I was dating and she had a gay best friend, and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to get her to look at Christianity as anything but evil because some Christian’s say hateful things to gays. But there are so many churches that accept gays, but it doesn’t matter because they damage has been done by society. I really like the hippie community as they embody Christ like values except without any specific religion attached to it. It’s a spiritual thing more do than religion and everyone has there own relationship with there idea of god, and at least practice Christ like vibes and values. For this reason I love hanging out with hippies as I can be a Christian and I am among people who I know have good values, even if they don’t call themselves Christian or read the Bible.
