My vote is to give the cornet to Ben as a surprise. That guy has been such a great addition to the channel and we’ve seen what he drives. I think Ben could use an upgrade. As fun as it would be to win this car I think I’d rather see it go to a hard-working member of the channel.
I totally agree with you about that 👍
Give Ben some time to collect some of the yt money and I'll bet we will see a Ben project in the not so far future!
Agree 100%
Throw my vote in there, too
No way
I agree with the general sentiment that, for everything Ben does, he deserves the Coronet. He worked hard on the nugget, and other projects.
That is one of the nicest upholstery jobs I've seen in a while especially with what he had to work with!
Paul saying, “It’ll be fine!”, gives he and Ben just that little bit of wiggle room for any mess ups! Great video. Loved Ben giving the boss the rabbit ears!
That gentleman did an amazing interior job.
Michelle, the trick to getting a bullseye on darts every time is to first throw the darts at the wall, then paint the 🎯 around the darts.🙄
Guilty, done that lol
Paul and his team are amazing it’s awesome how they recycle parts and cars
Hey Paul and Michelle thanks for being so nice. Me and my two boys came and visited you guys and got a shirt and some stickers. You guys are genuine and cool. Thanks for taking time to visit.
Mr Carter did a great job on the interior. FabRats has put a lot of time and care into making this not only a classic cruiser but a reliable one. Someone is going to be very happy.
Thanks FabRats
I do miss when junkyards in my area were like that, simple and easygoing.
You ain't wrong about that!
Same, me and my friends would go and practically spend all day looking for parts, see who could find the coolest car, good times.
Absolutely those days are long gone for me as well
Yea..Lawyers ruined it.
True that! I'm in North Florida and the land has gotten too valuable for proper auto graveyards like we used to have.
I need to add, after the time and effort your put into the nugget, you're doing it once more. The point is, your kind, and a real human being. The money and time mean nothing, compared to the smiles and memories thanks Paul. And crew!
Another great video. I’m so glad you guys get to work together on building this channel as you have quality time together. It’s always nice watching your family. You attract genuinely good people and every interaction is a joy to see.
I’m really glad you brought Ben into the fold. He’s hilarious and adds even more entertainment to the videos. Keep up the great videos (keep the FJ videos coming too lol)
Wow the Coronets interior is beautiful we love the colors and craftsmanship done in the design and creation! Good job replacing the cracked tranny with a new one. Also nice to get the window regulators changed and working. Can't wait to see the next video on the Rat rod tow truck Sunday! Good job Paul and Ben and family.
My bucket list includes a trip west to say hi. The icing on the cake would be to work alongside y’all for a week. I’ve been wrenching on my own cars for all of my 63 years. My dad taught me well. It’s awesome to see y’all getting your kids involved. It’s lessons they will take with them for their lifetime!
God Bless
Been watching you guys for over a year now, and you guys do such a great job! Really makes me miss workin on cars/trucks with my dad! Keep up the great work and can't wait to see that Coronet go to a great home!
Hi my name is Troy I'm from Camp Hill Pennsylvania and I just wanted to say how much my son and I enjoy your Channel we appreciate how much time you spend with your family and include them in all the things you're doing it is refreshing to see it reminds me of being a kid growing up in my dad's garage keep up the great work on your cars and with your family
He did a really nice job on that interior. Love the way it turned out.
You guys are awesome, I truly love watching you guys and your positive attitudes. You guys are a joy to watch, good job on the Coronet and I wish you all the best.
Great interior! I sure would be a lucky feller if I won it! Glad the transmission is fixed! The amount of care and dedication your family put into projects for yourself and others is amazing. When ya bring the car to me, we can play darts at my place. lol. Whoever does win the Coronet will be blessed in many ways. It isn't quite as epic as the Golden Nugget, but not far behind it in my eyes!
Wow...!!!!!
What a nice car that Coronet turned out to be...!!!!
I hope the winner takes care of it because Paul and Ben put a lot of work into it...!!!!
My mouth is drooling...
That would be an awesome weekend car to drive into town...!!!!
You guys have no idea how happy I am with the job you guys have done on my Coronet! Your hard work and attention to detail will be appreciated until the day that I pass! And now with a Mopar to drive, that day will be extended by miles!! Thank you, so much!!
Sorry to burst your bubble, but that is my car he is working on. Lol
Just love your channel , the easy going dialogue, family friendly. I love how two brothers can enjoy themselves. Everyone I see on this channel give great vibes of decency, fun, and we learn along the way. Paul, I can see why Michelle stole your heart , every time I see Michelle she is smiling, fun and just a great gal. I always look forward to seeing your notifications turn up.
Not sure how your going to get the car to Auss for me but looking forward to it 😉. Best regards from Queensland 🇦🇺 Australia
It's pretty awesome everything I've watched you guys do for Ed and others! As a single dad with custody of my youngest daughter who is 9, i can see your also a great father Paul! Man I wish you guys was closer I seem allways have vehicle issues and need a good mechanic! Doesn't help I can't really afford anything better than 20 yrs old lol mines in the shop as we speak and we have a loner car a buddy of mine borrowed us. Keep on keeping on guys!
You all are doing a great job, but still miss Randall, hope he makes a guest appearance soon.
Where is Randall?
Left for pastures new.@@4x4-RV
@@davidhamilton91 okay David. Thank you. I really enjoyed having him on the channel. He reminds me of some guys I grew up with in Emery county in the 60s-70s. Just a bunch of kids enjoying life with alkali in their veins. Working on the farm and building stuff like Paul and his kids. Junk was like Christmas all the time. 😎. I really like Ben. Especially when he was working on the Firebird with his wife and kids. 👍🏻. I wish I had a smidgen of the talent I see on Fab Rats.
Wow what an awesome job on the interior, what a great look. Great job. Keep up the great work
It’s coming along great guys. Love how you are able to recycle parts and give new life to old cars!
Nice job on the Coronet. Hard to imagine that it sat for all those years and now look at it. Beautiful! You guys rock!
The cornet turned out beautiful. I never miss any of your videos. My daughter and I enjoy watching your videos together.
Wow. That interior looks amazing especially with those stripes. He did a beautiful job.
Wow Paul that car looks awesome sounds Awesome. You are one hell of mechanic dude. And the interior on it is wicked looking now.
When the boss shows up with the laptop, I imagine the conversation goes: "You bought what?!" 😁
the person who gets that coronet is going to cherish it! wow this is amazing.
The interior came out amazing!!!! I definitely envy the person who's going to win this car. Keep up the great work an never stop being you!!!!!!
Fab Rats I appreciate all the entertainment I get from watching your channel, your one of my favorites! I have binged watched for months now, just trying to see all your videos, and have seen some a few times! Between the Cornet and the tow truck and the Nugget along with the adventures with your family takes me back from past experiences I've shared with my family! I look forward to seeing more video's as they come in! Keep'em coming...
I totally enjoy watching you guys on this old stuff I appreciate your efforts in this. I got a 53 cj5 I been keeping together
Now that is a take pride in your ride Coronet! It went from slum to YUM! Great job guys!
The interior on the Coronet looks amazing.
Interior looks awesome. Glad to see it running smoother
Me again, my first car was a ‘63’ Plymouth Belvedere. It was government surplus and only had 15k miles. Even though it only had the 225 slant 6, it would still do a good burnout. It had the 3 on the tree so ya couldn’t really speed shift it but many great memories were made. I would absolutely LOVE the Coronet you are giving away. You’re touching the needed parts and leaving the rest alone. Kudos to you
I love the salvage yard , It is like a treasure hunt , friends would tell me what they needed and I would spend a saturday hitting every one I could get to to fill the wish list ,
I like your channel above all the others on the periphery like Robbie, Matt etc…especially since you brought your brother in. Your channel content seems more organic or real with no artificial drama, I hate created drama. Anyhow, keep it up. 👍
This car is looking great! I really like the new interior. Thank you for doing what you do. Nice to see the progress of the builds you have going on.
My husband, Mike is a huge fan of your channel. He is a diesel mechanic of over 40 years, and has built a few Hot Rods as well as semi-trucks in his lifetime. He is an Army veteran, which is where he was trained in his lifelong career. Mike has not owned a Hot Rod in quite a few decades, because it simply hasn't been in the budget. I would LOVE to see my husband driving the Coronet around our Oregon community. If and when he ever retires, he would find great joy tinkering around on this car, and maybe even showing it in a local car show. Thanks, Fab Rats!
I’ve had my license for a little bit now and im just learning to drive stick, I still can’t get over the fact about how nice this is, it isn’t going to be to much of a project for however gets it!
Great Job to everyone who's worked on this beast. Look's amazing. Whoever wins it will be super stoked. Keep up all the great work. Love your videos.
Hey Paul. We just love your family and this channel. That car is awesome. It looks and sounds great. You’ve done a great job on it. 👍👍👍❤️
As always great video ya'll!! Love all ya'lls videos but the coronet build is my favorite guess cause I've wanted one for the last 50 years. Drove one when I was 16 Loved it but didn't have enough money to buy it just never found another one. you guys have put so much time and money in coronet it looks amazing the interior looks amazing will definitely make someone a beautiful ride I can see my Bride of 49 year's and myself going across route 66 in that beautiful ride after we renew our vows of 50 years in February 2023 . Michelle you would really enjoy drivin that coronet to sw Missouri. Thanks for sharing be safe have fun enjoy ya'lls time together keep doin what ya'll do best
The coronet is coming along great it looks like. The interior is beautiful and it sounds awesome. Love the channel and every episode keeps me entertained cannot wait for the next video. Michelle is just like my wife you feed her and its nap time lol. Love your family and again cannot wait for the next video love the way that your family is close that is how it is supposed to be. Keep up the great work guys and keep your family close.
Awesome as always guys! Blessings!
We seen what you did Ben! Both times..!
Coronet is coming along nicely, have to agree with you guys, Mr. Carter did a nice job on the upholstery..
Gonna be a beautiful car. You guys amaze me how you can take something so rough and turn it into something amazing. Plus your willingness to share your talent with others is great as well. Who ever wins this vehicle should be proud to drive it and tell the stories behind it.
Great job on the interior!
Michelle - I'm with you - it needs to look nice as well as drive good.
Love what you guys are doing to this car. Super excited to see it finished!
That car is coming along very nice. You're work and attention to detail is fun to watch!
You guys have a done an awesome job with this car, especially considering you have also kept up with your day to day projects as well.Great job! I love this body style and I'm a huge Mopar fan so really excited to see it completed.Keep up the good work!
Paul, have you considered making an X pipe for the Coronet? The exhaust note would be impressive.
Man. This is the exact kind of car I want to build for myself. Thanks for the great inspiration. I'd love to get any sort of project details you're willing to share.
turning out to be gem from "Fab Rats" family, cant wait to see it all done and put together, thats a gem to be cherished for ever, thanks for sharing
Man I love these guys. Just tearing stuff apart and throwing it back together to make it work. My kinda people!
The car interior looks amazing. It’s going to be a sweet ride for someone.
Hope your ready to come to Texas and bring me my car lol. Jk, man I'm excited to just get a chance and see the final product really enjoying the coronet build.
Jake he's bringing it to my in Sweetwater Mississippi 😆🤣😂
Awesome job guys!
You guys have a great channel, I really enjoy watching everything you guys do.
It’s cool to see the progress on this car. The interior is amazing and the power looks awesome.
Coronet is looking sweet 👍
Be careful letting those kids drive the rental car. You’ll get taught a financial lesson. Love you guys
Or get banned by rental car agencies like cletus Garrett did
Is that fear widespread in America or just over represented?
Seems to be crippling with many people, looking from the outside
If they have a license and are on their insurance it’s all good.
It's their children, they can do what they want. As long as they have a license and insurance it's fine, relax.
Sounds like you learned a financial lesson by not putting them on the insurance
Nice job! Looking great. Brother had a 63 Polaris with push button transmission. Let's just say I remember many fun times that started with "watch this"!!
It’s amazing what you guys have done with this car. As I said before my dad had one in that very same red color on the interior. As much as I love Ben as an addition to the channel I’m keeping my fingers crossed when the give away happens.
Man, whoever gets that cornet is gonna be one lucky some of a gun!! Hope it stays in the winners family forever, you really can’t get rid of a car like that….
Also when Ben said “it’s from harbor freight” and then it flew off the hose I laughed so hard! 😂
If the transmission doesn't have to come out for the 15th time
@@3wheelslifelonglivetheatc559 meh, it’s what they do best!
My first car: exactly same. Old Texas Highway Department black Engineers vehicle. Turtle hull was removed & a small pickup bed installed. Slant-6 w/3 on the tree. Great memories!!
It is really shaping up. He did a great job on the interior. You guys are doing a great job on it. Love the entertainment and the projects keep the dirt and rubber slinging
the rain has things looking lush in S Utah. Thanks for sharing the rain here in Reno today
I really appreciate all the hard work you've put into my new car. My old 06 Ford taurus has 285455k miles on it and it's tired.
Wow the interior looks good you guys are doing a great job keep up the good work you guys put in these videos
Please keep the factory radio in the dash even if it doesn’t work hide the JVC in the glove box or under the seat. Always a better option than butchering the dash. Love the videos keep up the good work😎
Beautiful!! I'm looking forward to meeting you guys when you drop it off!!
That is quite a menu at the scrap yard.. That interior in the giveaway car is beautiful.
If you pack the flutes of your drill bit with grease, it will grab most of the shavings.
Who out of us would deserve it more than Ben? It honestly wouldn't bother me if he got it. He's good people.
The Cornet is Fantabulous and he did a helluva fantastic job on the interior. I love the colors on the seats and door panels. I would be so proud to own that Hot Rod . You should put especially made by Fab Rats with the logo across the whole back window. I know I would drive it around with that on the back window and get more people to subscribe to your channel. Keep up the great work guys and gal.
Your buddy that did the upholstery on the Coronet did a stunning job I also noticed in the background under an awning next to the garage was a gold and white Chevy corvair pickup those are very rare and they have a ramp gate on the side of the bed built into it those are so cool
im with you Paul, it looks great for the age! Im ready for it out here in California!
At my house ;)
That car is looking sweet. I have always loved white interiors, they just look classy. My mom had a 70 chevelle when I was growing up and it had a white interior. Nice
🤯That’s looking so good! I Continue to enjoy your fun wholesome content, and completely respect the hours and hours that go into making it happen. The Boss is right to make sure ya always find an eating spot lol.
The car is coming along great! Your team is going to make someone very happy!!
That upholstery looks Sharp!!!
Thanks for sharing 🇨🇦
Paul you and Ben are doing a great job of rebuilding the coronet. A true muscle car with the 440
My very first car was a 1964 Dodge Coronet. Sea green seats and interior. 225 Slant Six,
3 on the tree, and three push buttons on the dash. One of those opened the floor vents.
It was a luxury car for an 18 year old kid on his first venture away from home.
Yes, in those days, a tune up meant, new plugs, new points and a little grease on the rotor inside the distributor. Suddenly it ran smooth and strong.
My second car was a 1972 Plymouth Duster, 225 Slant Six and 3 speed stick on the floor. Must be something to it . . . 😂
Awesome job on this ride. It's amazing. This car is the stuff my dreams are made of. Y'all rock.
10:12 truck angel. Funny how they look so peaceful when they're sleeping.
That Coronet is similar to my first car. A 65 Dodge Polara, 383. Bought it for $200, towed it home with a chain. Changed the transmission filter. Wa-La that was all it needed.
I pray that the person that this car goes to will truly appreciate it. The amount of TLC that went in to it is amazing. Good job you guys
Nice job Paul Interior looks beautiful great job call sounds good and looks good
That is a beautiful 440 Coronet. Looking super good. Nice work.
WOW! He did a fantastic interior on the Coronet! The whole inside looks brand new!!
I don't think you'd find a Fabrats fan that wouldn't want that vehicle! ❤️ Once again many hands are making a beautiful quality vehicle. My younger brother was about 23 when he realized how much his right foot was costing him. Thankfully he was able to fix his engines, the only wrecks he ever had involved older folks- not his fault. Landon will learn. He's going to be fine, he does take after his dad, 😉😄 Enjoy seeing you fine folks. Stay safe and GOD bless
Thank you for the update on the tow truck and the Cornet that is an amazing car. I am looking forward to details on the give away. keep up the great work
Awesome to see another great classic saved from the scrap yard. Great job, thanks for awesome content.
Nice looking ride!!! Someone will be very happy. Awesome job on the interior. Carter is a wizzard!!!
The Coronet's interior looks fantastic!
This Mopar fan is loving this build!
Great work.
Great video! Coronet is starting to look super sharp!!
