    I’m a 1/12 builder and have burned through most tutorials on that scale. So I found your channel. Love your work!!

      Thanks for watching! Hope you're enjoying the tutorials. I started by crafting dioramas for 28mm wargaming miniatures, so the techniques really can work across most 'miniature' scales, including 1/12.

    How about in reverse, base coat white, then the black, and some marble has touches of gold and silver....cool technique dude gonna try this !!!

      @metamorphiccustoms  2 года назад +1

      Absolutely, it works in reverse as well giving a slightly different balance of white to black. You can also add in colors like silver, gold or any color you want. (i.e. White and Red instead of White and black. Or even black and metallic gold!)

    Awesome video my friend always outdoing yourself, talk about repurposing a base everyone complains about, I had a question, if I don't have an airbrush machine, do you think that I can use a spray can? I know it's not the same but just curious

      Good question! In short, yes you can do it with rattle/spray cans.
      In the video I go through what it would look like with either airbrush or rattle. The only difference is that after applying the effect with the spray can, I went back with an airbrush to add color by tinting it. But you can easily reproduce the "tinted" version by simply using a color spray paint of your choice. (i.e. Spray paint a base color, then place used dryer sheets over it, lastly spray paint over the sheets with the color of your choice.)
