    Very atmospheric narrative brought to life with great photography. This makes watching the presentation most enjoyable. Marks ability to hold the suspense in the story creates a very nice watchable video.

      @@MarkNicol123 in a way i sort of like it... its good highlighting these beautiful things but to make them popular objects to be gawped at seems wrong... you strike the ballance perfectly

      You’re spot-on trying to get a balance is difficult. Too far and you get ice cream vans, queues, and zero access.

    I heard about the battle but didn't know about the stone. Very cool. I'm sure I also read somewhere that Sir Walter Scott tried to buy Darnick tower but couldn't, so he settled for building his own house at Abbotsford.

    I traced my Kerr genealogy there a couple of years ago. It was a bit of a merry chase but also found skirmish hill and the stone..exciting.
