Bumble bees love the hibiscus 🌺 flowers in my garden... Bumble beez knows whatz really good... cassidy
❤ S'il vous plaît , en français . Merci.🎉
Another great video... I love this tea...
However, one thing you forgot to mention, ( I was really hoping that you would), is that if people are going to drink it, especially on a regular basis, they need to/it is advisable that you rinse your mouth afterwards as it has been known to cause the deterioration of tooth enamel, (even more so especially if you are drinking it with lemon... Also it has high amounts of Manganese...
So as you have already advised, people need to consult their doctor along with doing further research to see if hibiscus is right for them...
But doctors don’t know much if anything at all about herbs🤷🏽♀️
About thinning the tooth enamel is a serious issue any one consuming hibiscus must take seriously! I'm a victim of that!
@@lady40445how were yu able to tell
Just drink it through a straw at a cooler temperature, problem solved.
@@HealthnHealing23 Yes, a straw will help, but you are still at risk...Drinking it cold makes no real difference to its acidity.
Can I used the hisbiscus that comes in the box packs
I’ve read that Hibiscus 🌺 also helps to raise Testosterone levels in men … anyone else here in the comment section heard of this benefit?
Please give me hibiscus 🌺🌺🌺🌺 tea I want to taste it 😊
Very nice
Does it help with UTI prevention
Is this good with Gerd ?
Why do you have a picture of the pretty tropical hibiscus flower? That is hibiscus rose-sinensis, or Hibiscus syriacus. In contrast, all the research is on hibiscus sabdariffa, which is called sorel in Jamaica, and roselle and various other names in other countries.
nardagraham. I'm wondering: does the pictured hibiscus not give benefits he described?
@@moon-ud8tq I don't think so, but I'm not sure. It's all very confusing, and none of the people who make these videos will clarify.
❤
Amen🤲🏻❤️🤲🏻❤️🤲🏻🙏🙏❤️🤲🏻😘❤️😘😘
We call it shoe black flowers in Jamaica 😂
Hello, Sir Ryan Taylor, may i confirm first, it's looks like gumamela flowers here in my country Philippines. 🌺
Yes Gumamela is the same flower as hibiscus.
Use Monk Sugar instead. And squeeze a couple of lemons
There are many colours of hibiscus.
Are they the same effects
Joba ful cha
So, all varieties of hibiscus works?
No, it must be hibiscus sabdariffa 💚

Can u drink hibiscus tea during pregnancy to lower pb
No. I stumbled across info on this. Because it has high phytoestrogenic properties it can cause uterine contractions leading to preterm labor
@@igirl_whitney okay thank you dear what else can help to lower bp during pregnancy
Hibiscus flower or berry?
It's the Calyxes. Part of the flower. 💚
When is the best time to drink hibiscus tea? Is it in the morning in an empty stomach or after breakfast or dinner?
I would consume it alongside with the first meal of the day.
@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies ok thank you sir. Appreciate you
