AJ is truly amazing! Such a hard worker and performs great under pressure. I am so excited to watch him in his professional career!
He is- check out how he did last year at Redlands Classic and throughout SoCal racing last season.
He was so strong and consistent when he won Junior Tour of Ireland. Looked so smooth under pressure. Didn’t try to showboat but just put it down when it mattered and hid when it didn’t. Impressive.
18! Sweet Jesus, his physiological numbers must be off the charts.

Ineos should really set up a Dev team. It is just sad seeing for example michael leonard last year. Keep those kids in Dev team until they are fully ready. Putting them straight into WT makes them forget what winning is like.

Isn't it wild that he's so "green" that he doesn't understand how good he is, or has the potential to be... The way he talks of Merckx, yet certainly has a higher w/kg and higher vo2 than Merckx ever had...

Usually like Matt's videos but this falls way short. Just hammering the kid with a load of poor questions.

Good format idea, like to get to know the riders better….but the execution is awful, dreadful quite silly content - this one is bad, the Geraint Thomas one is worse.
